Overall service was pretty bad. I was quoted 4.25 for my rate and as soon as I told them that I was moving forward with them they remembered they had to make a price adjustment because my credit score was 715.
Days before closing I was informed that they could only give me 2% seller's concessions and not the 3 they were initially quoting to me and simply that I would now be paying extra for this house? The loan officer made it sound like no big deal that this home would now cost me $1500 more??!!
Thank God my real estate agent was all over this and was able to get a new purchase agreement which saved me the additional cost.
Overall, would not recommend doing biz with the bank. I have worked with one of the top rated lenders on here in the past and was very happy. Just decided to try someone new to compare costs/service and now I regret it!

They did a terrific job. They were willing to do a 10 year mortgage when some banks aren't willing to do that. I was able to do everything by computer which was convenient. When the notary to came finalize the paper work, she said she'd never seen negative closing costs before which I managed to get - I felt like I got something for my credit score. They were by far the best deal after searching the list and online, between interest rate and closing costs.

The staff were courteous and helpful but were unable to assist me with my request.

I had to refinance the house due to marital split. The VP handled my case. She was always prompt especially by email but also by phone. The rates were very competitivie. The close was efficient and there were no surprises. The closing was done in just 15 minutes.

They were fantastic. Far far better than the "big bank" we initially started out with.

This is a community-based institution, and they provide excellent service. They do not sell their mortgages,so you know who you will be doing business with. The same person who originated our mortgage is the person I call if I have questions or problems, and he answers his own phone and email. Wow! Their rates are competitive. I am happy to do business with them and happy to recommend them to others.
