I have had a few providers for my lawn and trees over the past years.  Twin Oaks has been by far the most professional and reliable service I have had.  They came out with both a sales rep and arborist.  They completely went over the quote and detailed what would be included and what I can expect.  The first work was to clear out and trim the years of over growth.  It was done quickly and efficiently.  These guys are the best I have seen in Ann Arbor.  I look forward to many years of service.

Extremely efficient and timely crew. Also verry courteous and respectful of our property.  Twin Oaks showed up and finished on schedule.  I will be using them again for several more phases of landscaping over the next several years!  I highly recommend them for any all landscaping needs!

It went very well. Whenever I've had issues, they've been on top of it immediately. We've been using them all of this year. I would highly recommend them. They are full service so we don't have to hire a bunch of different companies to maintain our lawn.

The major part of the project went well, a big boulder retaining wall. A few problems little problems here and there, that they were responsive to correcting. A little trash cleanup was necessary on my part. The job started prompted, and they worked and finished on time. They were a little out of their element with the part of the job doing some regrading around my barn due to the steepness of the hill I was trying to correct. The bobcat they had wasn't quite up to the task and subsequently, it's better, but not great and I need to have more work done there to finish up up, so that was a little disappointing.

The work was done professionally, and to a very high standard. Pricing was competitive. All crews were extremely courteous and professional. The owner was personally involved throughout, and all of his folks were regular employees. I would highly recommend their services.
