Thomas Brothers painted the exterior of my house in A2 in August 2019. Their workmanship is of the highest caliber. The job was completed on time and within the scope we discussed. Everything from the quote process to the work performed was done with utmost professionalism. Adam Thomas one of the owners, provided a clear and extremely fair estimate to complete. His crew was punctual, demonstrated expert skill level and were very professional and friendly. When completed they diligently cleaned up the work site. We were so happy with the entire experience my wife and I decided to engage them in later this year to do an indoor painting job. Feel no reservations with using Thomas Brothers.

Our 110 year old home needed help. We have lived in this residence for almost 43 years and now it needed more than just “band-aiding.” After checking out several companies, to the rescue came the Thomas Brothers Painting Company. We were immediately impressed in the first contact when Adam surveyed the problems and presented a plan of action, with reasonable estimated costs as to what would be involved. It was definitely a challenge that they were willing to take on. From the very beginning a team arrived with tools, energy and a focus. Other than the unplanned heavy rains, the preparations of power washing the old wood siding with its peeling paint, followed by detailed scraping every surface was under motion. We have never witnessed the incredible teamwork that these gentlemen demonstrated. They replaced the lower 3 sections of water-damaged siding with Hardie-Board to make it longer lasting and more durable. There was a lot of communication with us; a definite focus on positive customer relations was always evident! Each morning started with welcoming smiles and a sense of humor as they unloaded heavy equipment, ladders and other necessary tools. Each person was positive and self-directed as the work progressed. At times the heat and humidity of Michigan's notorious summer weather would have slowed down most workmen, but not these guys. We don't even know if they took any breaks other than a brief lunch. They were working on site until late each afternoon. Every day there was visible progress. The two vans always arrived at a usual, early expected time. Base coats were applied then this awesome teamwork continued with the final color. It was obvious that they wanted to be on schedule. The painting was exciting to watch as each member of the team was “armed” with rollers and brushes attending to each section of siding. The flurry of action was like a group of worker bees. This company was detail-oriented with perfection as a goal. The trim work will be finished today and we feel like they have given our home new life. This labor of love that they took on will always make them a part of this residence. We would highly recommend this fantastic business. Their work ethic is something to behold and they are terrific, inspiring role-models for others. This is the second time I hired Adam and his brothers. They are amazing painters and their attention to detail is very professional. I highly recommend them for house painting projects.

Adam and his brothers did a good job by replacing the rotten wood, caulking some holes and splits and by painting them. They are very responsive, punctual, and performed the work rather quick and professionally. The price was reasonable.

Work was done when Adam said it would be done. The gentlemen did an excellent job with the power washing prior to painting, the caulking and the painting of the area in need. Thomas Brothers cleaned everything up when they were done and left no mess. They met my expectations. I would use them in the future and would highly recommend them. Very happy with their work.

The team did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work. After getting several other quotes, they were the only company that would brush paint my house, the others wanted to spray it. My prior exterior paint job was sprayed along with the window glass, not a pleasant experience. Once I made they commitment to hire them, I had to wait a couple of months before they started but it was well worth it.

Perfectly. Adam made an appointment for the bid shortly after I contacted him, he arrived on time and was professional and thorough in his assessment of the work to be done. He had suggested flat paint and when I questioned whether that was the sheen I wanted, he was flexible about what he would be willing to use. Upon further research, I discovered that a flat paint would be the best choice, so I went with that. He scheduled the work shortly after I accepted the bid. The crew arrived 10 minutes early on the scheduled morning and Adam went over in detail with the crew exactly what was to be done. They worked quickly and quietly and I was incredibly pleased with the work. I would not consider hiring any painting company other than Thomas Brothers now that I have had this experience with their company. The red squirrel holes were filled with steel wool and mothballs, vines were cut away from areas to be painted, holes were patched, loose and peeling paint was scraped, raw wood spots were primed, windows, gables, vents and soffits were painted, soffits were completely rebuilt where damaged. Benjamin Moore “Aura” exterior paint was used, areas below work were protected with drop cloths, all paint, materials and labor were included in quote.

Beautifully. These are extraordinarily talented, detailed and efficient painters. Why would you go with one of those college painter companies when you can have true professionals paint your home. We get comments all the time -- even unsolicited from folks walking by -- about how lovely our house looks.
Would hire them again in an instant.

They are extremely efficient, highly skilled, reliable, courteous, and reasonably priced. The work they did on my staircase and my garage floor is beautiful, and elicits enthusiastic praise from everyone who sees it.

We found them to be a very special company that consists of 4 brothers headed up by Adam Thomas. Their moral character and bond is very strong. Every day, they worked as a dedicated, well coordinated team to ensure that I was completely satisfied. They succeeded! Their work demonstrates their motto "Quality is not an act, it is a habit". Over the years, we had many professionals paint our homes. We have never been more excited then we are now. The finished product on all buildings is striking. The trim lines are sharp and consistent throughout along with the perfect caulking. The painting was applied by sprayer, brush, and roller which produced a smooth uniform finish without drips or inconsistencies.

Thomas Brothers Painting did a fantastic job! These guys were extremely fast- in and out in just two days for a full 500sq ft living room with 25 ft ceilings and slightly smaller bedroom. They did a thorough job, beautiful cut lines, and a thorough clean up. Courteous and polite, I will not hesitate to have them in again to do our basement. Thank you Adam!
