The Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor

I can't say enough about my positive experience with the Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor. Victor, the owner, helped me with a complicated situation and saw the transaction through from start to finish over a multiple week period. I had lost my ring that was fully insured. As I began to look to have it replaced I found that another jeweler in Ann Arbor had overcharged me by thousands of dollars for the stone and ring that I had purchased. I was upset. Not only had I paid way too much for my original ring, but I was paying way too much for my insurance policy due to the exaggerated appraisal value. The Diamond Factory was not the first place to bring the facts of my situation to light. The reason I chose to work with the Diamond Factory is that Victor listened to me and my situation from the moment I walked in. He was very low pressure. He had a beautiful setting in his store that I immediately fell in love with. I told him what size stone, clarity, color and that I was only comfortable with a GIA diamond. He told me to have a little patience and he would find me the perfect stone. He brought stones in 3 times. He got me exactly what I was looking for. The most important aspect is that he got me everything I should have originally had without me having to spend anything more out of pocket. I know that he worked very diligently to satisfy me. He truly went the extra mile. I will definitely buy any future jewelry from Victor and I would recommend him unconditionally to anyone that will listen to me.
When you have had a bad experience it takes a lot for someone to win your trust. Victor made me believe that he is truly interested in making long term customers and not one time sales transactions.

The owner, Victor, was very patient with us because we are very particular and we studied up on diamonds ahead of time. We went to 6 different jewelry stores before we came here. They had by far the best service and choice of stones. We decided exactly what specifications we wanted and they came up with 4 that met are very specific requirements. They all looked terrific, but we were able to see little differences, and picked out the one we liked the most and that was actually the cheapest of the options. It comes with wonderful guarantees. If we ever want to trade up, they give us the full value of our old stone with the trade of the new one. Before we bought the diamond we found a mounting that we loved, but here were we live it was $1,700 and then we found another price for $1,000 at a different location, and Victor, at The Diamond Factory, said he would match the price. We saved 700.00 with them! We are so happy with our purchase. No other jeweler was as cooperative, supportive, patient, and friendly as Victor! Victor put a lot of time into selling us this diamond and he told us repeatedly if we chose not to buy with him that was fine and we would shake hands with him and be friends!
