Suck It Up Cleaning Service

Great service-from setting up the appointment all the way through the service, this is a great small business. Meagan, receptionist, was polite and professional. We got several reminders and notifications who our technician would be and when he would arrive prior to our appointment. Aaron, our service tech and his helper, were incredibly polite, thorough, efficient, and extremely careful not to damage or disrupt our home. I highly recommend this company.

They came and did a good and efficient job.

I called them for a quote and I spoke to Meagan and she was very friendly. She answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable with her rather than other companies I spoke with. I got them off angies list and at that time they had a 100% A rating compared to others on angies list. They came on time and early as they were ahead of schedule. My air ducts were cleaned. I know air duct cleaning companies get a bad rap because of shows like dateline that exposes companies that try to rip you off. This company does NOT cut holes in your ducts to clean them like other companies and that was a big selling point for me. The other company I considered cut holes in your ducts. After they were done, I inspected their work after they left and my cold air returns were cleaned really good. My heat run was cleaned. So I have confidence in them when when it needs it again. They also do carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. So now I have a company I can trust to do other chores that I hate doing.

I was contacted almost immediately after leaving a message and the work was scheduled very conveniently. The crew showed up on time and got to work right after being shown the location of all the vents. I last had the vents cleaned about 15 years ago and was especially concerned about the dryer. It was found to be almost completely blocked -- and I am VERY HAPPY with the results!

Everything went smoothly, from online contact and email scheduling, to a last-minute add-on that was handled without issue. I was given a one-hour arrival time and a call ahead with arrival within five minutes of the beginning of that one-hour window.

The gentleman was very friendly, was on time, did a really good job at cleaning the carpet. The odors and stains are all gone! The carpet looks brand new. He saved me from buying a new carpet.

They were conscientious, thorough and careful of furniture. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. They moved the furniture back and forth.

Have not had air ducts cleaned for quite a few years. Cannot say enough about this wonderful company. Starting with being in contact with Meagan who was very professional and personable in setting up my appointment and letting me know the process and details for the appointment. Aaron very concerned about the work he was doing, very informative and very comfortable in how he provided his companies service. He did a wonderful job and I can even see myself now in the air ducts that he cleaned for me. He took his time and was very thorough in all he did when he was here. A wonderful company and I would recommend them to anyone I know for any of their services. They are very customer service oriented. Will be using them again. It went very well. They were in and out quickly and on time. They stripped the wax from our kitchen floor. Due to the previous owner waxing a non-wax floor, it was a big job. We will be calling them soon to clean the carpet.

The service provider went "above and beyond" what I'd requested be done (clean the dryer vent) in that he replaced the hosing from our dryer unit - and secured it as well. Additionally he secured the outside vent to our home, which had been loose for quite awhile. From the scheduling of the job to the actual work being done, I was very pleased with their work.

Megan was very friendly and flexible when making my appointment. I was given a time (within 1 hr...not 4 hrs as normal) and Aaron was very punctual. He called 1/2 hour before arriving. He and his assistant were very professional but friendly. They covered their shoes so as to not get my new carpet dirty. They were very accommodating when asked to clean the kitchen vent first so that I could work in there with no interruptions. The entire process took about 2 hours and was a bit noisy but not intrusive. The dirt is sucked up..not blown out so it was not dusty. Overall it was a very good experience with this company

They called to confirm the appointment, called the day of the appointment to see if it was okay to come 30 minutes early and were very professional. They took the covers off all vents and ducts, used a camera to assess the amount of dirt in the ducts, then vacuumed. Checked out the ducts with the camera afterwards. Nice and clean. Everything put back in place!
