SUCH A FIND

I hired this company to help me downsize my household. When I met with Melanie she was pleasant and professional. Her goals coincided with mine but the process was not without bumps. The way my items were displayed was sloppy and haphazard. It seemed like little time was spent in set up. The advertising was minimal and signage sparce. Some items seemed way overpriced and others too cheaply. Many large items were practically "given away" on the second day. I feel like I could've done just as well on my own and saved the $1000 dollars but I just didn't have time. The morning after the sale I found heaps of trash in my driveway that I understood was to be hauled away or put on the curb but I had to spend hours moving the stuff on my own...all this headache cost me $1000. Overall, they helped me accomplish my goal to downsize but in the end I think it was a mistake to go this route and would rethink your options if this is one of them.
