They couldnâ t do some of the windows because they donâ t take off screens or storm windows. I donâ t know why. They were friendly and did a good job on what they did. Seemed like a fair price

Highly Recommend! Look no further!! Excellent customer service! In these COVID times everything seems to take longer to get done. However, not with SHINE! Brett was super responsive, professional and clearly demonstrated from my first conversation with him that he wanted to be certain that I was satisfied with the service. He and his team put up some Christmas â  Shineâ  lights on our the trees in the front of our home. They showed up on time (actually early), were extremely friendly and professional, so much so that I called them back to put lights on another tree; that service was equally well done.

Everyone of our three man crew: Levi, Kyle, and Brandon was professional, respectful, and pleasant. They did a wonderful job and very efficient. They all wore masks and maintained appropriate social distancing. We are very pleased and will hire them again.

The owner called me since I had done work with him previously and asked if we needed a cleaning again this year. He was available when I needed him. Other than perfectly clean gutters, it was like he was never here!

The workers were timely, focused to the work, and started immediately. They did my windows inside and out, with screens, and also power washed my deck and were done in about 2 1/2 hours with a work crew of 3. The manager was the first company to respond to my inquiry and i scheduled them the same day. I received only one other call but Shine was already hired. The lead of the group kept me informed on what they were doing and the time frame. Very pleased and will be calling them for another round of window cleaning in the fall..

Shine came out on time and cleaned both Windows and Gutters for our entire complex which consists of 6 townhomes. Upper and lower windows and gutters were cleaned very thoroughly. Also, when one neighbor thought a window had been missed over a month later, Shine politely came back out and took care of it immediately. Now that's customer service at the finest level. Brett handled things in such an excellent way, we look forward to working with them next season for sure. Thank you Brett. Your team was the Best.

After calling 4 other window cleaning companies and even scheduling one that never came out or returned my calls after the missed meeting, Shine Window Care did the job. They were professional from start to finish. They were timely, friendly and good at what they do. I would highly recommend them!

They were very nice and helpful over the phone and did come out to do the work. The issue was that the insides of the windows were streaky and not completely cleaned, so I ended up having to redo the work myself.

My screens were not cleaned and neither were the tracks on my Windows. Very disappointed. The company is willing to refund the cost of screen and track cleaning.
