It went well, my standards are high. I had hoped that floors would have been done on hands and knees and doors scrubbed with soapy water. However, everything was dusted and the house was far cleaner after they were done.

Juanita and her team were amazing! They did a great job with a house that had not been cleaned right in ages! I also really appreciated the communication regarding what they would be cleaning and how etc. I look forward to them coming again!

Our schedule for the cleaning of our house was around 10am. The two person team came at 9:30. After discussing with my wife they started working on the bathrooms, kitchen and hardwood floors. I have to say, they were wonderful and very professional. They brought their own cleaning supplies and equipment. As embarrassing as it is one of the cleaners spent a lot of time in the bathroom. My wife wasn't sure they were going to get to the hardwood floors, but they assured her they would. At the end, everything was clean, appliances, bathroom, floors and they did a wonderful job. My wife was very impressed with their professionalism, their timeliness and their work ethic. She is very happy with the results. We will HIGHLY Recommend S&J and will schedule at the very least a once a month cleaning. Thank you S&J for a wonderful job!!

Juanita's housecleaning service has been used by us for many years.  The same two people generally come each week to perform the service.  They know the house, and what needs to be done.  They are quite flexible, in that they are willing to perform special tasks occasionally (e.g. clean silver) as part of their service.  They are good workers, and clean thoroughly.  They are honest--we do not need to worry about any valuables inadvertently left out.  The only criticisms I have is that they are sometimes late, and on a couple of occasions have left a few minutes early when we were not home at the time of their scheduled completion.

We called Juanita on very short notice, morning for afternoon service. We were emptying my mom's house. They sent over 3 associate to vacuum, sweep and dust. Their willingness to hustle is rare in Ann Arbor and was very appreciated!

They do a good job and are always willing to help out when I need them. Not only do they clean the house but they'll change the sheets and do the dishes which is much appreciated.

They worked for our organization for two years and were very accommodating. The needs of our property vary throughout the year and they were a very helpful resource for us. We were pleased with the staff and their hard work. Punctuality was a minor issue as some of their staff did not have their own transportation and relied on public transportation and carpooling each day. We were happy to work around this because we appreciated the work they were doing and they were willing to help their employees with transportation for the shifts that required early morning hours. The only major issue was in communication due to language barriers. Some of their employees do not speak or understand English. The owner and managers were very helpful in bridging this gap and acting as intermediary interpreters for us, so that it was not a major issue in working with them.
They are a hardworking and well meaning company and we were sorry to have to change services. This change was not a reflection on their work, but due to direction from our national human resource directives to utilize other established vendors in our area.

Reasonable price for work performed. workers were courteous and did all tasks that were requested.

They do a great job. They are always on time and very courteous. If there is ever an issue, you can always talk to Juanita and she takes care of it.

There was a scheduling issue early on, but they did their best to work it out. They ended up arriving slightly late from the rescheduled time, but the work they did while they were here was very good.

I have referred her to several people and they are using her too. I like the people she sends out. They are honest, they do what you ask them to do and are extremely polite and nice. They let you know when your supplies are low and they provide their own vacuum cleaner. If there is something you have a problem with you can just email it to Juanita and she is very responsive and takes care of it. They always show up.
