Description of Work: Found and repaired a roof leak in my 130-year-old rental house.

Description of Work: The Shingles were tore off the entire house and it was Re-roofed.

Description of Work: We've used Renaissance to replace our roof, replace aluminum siding on the exterior & completely remodel our mather bath. We did all three projects back to back last summer & Joe was easy to work with, had very good communication & always showed up early. All of the work was beautifully done & has held up well. The guys always cleaned up very nicely at the end of each day & tried hard to be as unobtrusive as possible. Living through renovations is never fun, but Renaissance did excellent work & made it as painless as possible.

Description of Work: We have used Renaissance Construction company three in the past three years. The most recent experience dealt with the remodeling of a bedroom and the adjacent Master's bathroom. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves. Renaissance woorked with us and did the work we did not feel qualitifed to do (major construction - walls, plumbing, ceiling, electrical, drywall) and we did some taping, painting and putting in tiles. They were flexible with our schedule and billed us accroding to our contract. We agreed on so much per hour and they did the work and billed us. We have just finished the bedroom and bathroom. They did excellent work and we love our new bathroom and bedroom. They go out of their way to protect the carpets and are very clean. They do high quality work and are very willing to dicuss the project and give you ideas. Our second projcet with Renassance was the installaion of new windowson our north side of the house. We had them enlarge the window space which required some brick work and new siding. This job they did completely as it was beyond our aibilites. They did an excellent job with ourstanding qualaity - we love our new windows. We are going to replace our southern windows in the spring and will use Renaissance Construction again. We also used Rennaissance Construction to modify our roof. We had a flat room and have always had problems with leaks. They recommended a solution - a sloped roof attached to the garage and we had them do this. This new construction looks like the house was built with it. It blends in prefectly and best of all we have had no leaks. This was done in 2011, so we have had a chance to see some pretty good weather with no leaks. I highly recommend Renaissance Construction. I am not even considering using anyone else. They have all the qulatities I want in a home remodeler. They listen, are respctful, do high quality work and do the work in a timely fashion. As far as price goes, we think they are reasonable but admittidly we have not shopped around to see if they were the lowest price in the market. We are willing to pay a little more to ensure we get a good product and do not have problems down the road.
