RENAISSANCE CONSTRUCTION CO

After previously hiring a handyman to attempt (unsuccessfully) to fix the roof leak, I used Angie's list to find Renaissance Roofing. The company owner provided two estimates, one for a major ($3,000 +) replacement, and one for a $400 repair.  Although I was told that there would be no guarantee with the repair, the owner's thorough assessment of the problem, which included walking the roof, climbing into the attic, showing me photos and providing clear explanations, led me to believe that Renaissance would stop the leak, which was dumping water onto a tenant's bed in windy thunderstorms. After several months and windy rainstorms since the August work, plus a 5-inch snowfall, I've had no problems.  When it's time to replace the roof, they'll get the job, because I know it will be done right.

I got a quote from them and they did the work right away. They just finished up a week or two ago. They were wonderful. They did high quality work. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They offered lots of advice as they went along for things that I had not planned for. They would pull me down and make few suggestions and leave it up to me but I always did what they said. They had a few extra things put in for safety and for long term reasons. I cannot say enough about them; they were terrific.
