Pot & Box was recommended by the dress shop where our daughter got her wedding gown, plus I'd seen good reviews on here and on wedding planning sites. Our daughter contacted the shop and worked with the owner (whose name escapes me right now) to plan flowers for her wedding. Since there were no attendants or groomsmen, that cut the bill down. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what our daughter wanted. She'd seen pictures on Pinterest of what she wanted and sent them to the florist and they were able to discuss any changes over the phone since our daughter lives out of the area. The owner was very professional and nice to work with. Our daughter was very happy with the results and so were we. We highly recommend this florist.

This is not you're typical retail florist. I understand that they specialize more in event flowers (i.e. weddings, parties, etc) but are able to do single arrangements which is probably why they are only open Thurs - Sun and by appointment. I called on a Monday afternoon (approx 4 p.m.) but got a call back the next morning. Website is pretty simple and doesn't have examples to choose from but I told Katherine what I was looking for and was very pleased with the result. Spent $85 on the flowers (not including tax) and delivery was $12 (Recipient was in Ann Arbor). Would definitely use them again.

Pot and Box has a simple website and offered a limited number of options, but the arrangement was beautiful, unusual, and delivered just as I requested. I was able to select a price range, container, and give special directions for delivery on Mother's Day weekend. My online order was promptly acknowledged (with a friendly little email) and I received another email when the delivery was completed.
The flowers were exceptional and opened fully within a few days -- which is my preference since the arrangement lasts longer. I would definitely use them again for a special occasion. The prices are premium, but so were the flowers and the work.

They prepared flowers for an event that I hosted and they were amazing. They worked with our budget which was pretty modest and the centerpieces were beautiful and well done.
