Pop-A-Lock of Ann Arbor

Everything went very well. The serviceman was very punctual. He went over what I wanted done and then got right to work. My home re-key was completed in under one hour. He had me test out the keys for both locks before taking payment. It was also great that I got keys included in the price, unlike some other locksmiths I contacted beforehand. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a good job. They replaced a deadbolt and four different doorknobs with locks.

Very well. The purse was recovered between our making the appointment and the time it arrived, and so one part of the job (which would have required special equipment) became unnecessary. I was able to leave him a message, and so we avoided that complication. He did a very nice job.

After moving into a new house we need all the locks in the house/garage/barns replaced. Quote turnaround time was fast, 1 day. Scheduled install for the following Saturday. At time of install we decided to add 2 deadbolts to the long list of replacements; he had no problem adding that at the time. He didn't quite finish on that day b/c of the additions but came back the next morning to finish at no extra charge. After a week 1 of the locks popped out and he came back the following Saturday and fixed it, again at no extra charge. He was polite and professional, very satisfied with service and highly recommend.

I called Pop-a-Lock to help open a stuck lock. My 4 year old son somehow managed to get his bedroom door locked and was unable to unlock it from the inside. Pop-a-Lock came over in 15 minutes and opened the lock. They didn't charge for this and we are very grateful to get our little guy out. We are planning on having them come back and remove the bedroom locks so this doesn't happen again.
