Pinnacle Painting did an amazing job painting the exterior and parts of the interior of my house. All the painters were super hard working, friendly, and paid attention to detail. Ryan is a class act, he explained every detail during my estimate and there were no hidden fees. In fact, my gutters were cleaner than he thought so he took some money off my bill, which is super ethical. Ryan also spent an hour after the job going through old paints from another painting job to color match and giving me tips on how to touch up a few areas. His price was very fair. Interestingly, he was an art teacher before owning a painting business so he has a great eye for color and attention to detail. Nothing but 5 stars for Pinnacle and I will be recommending him to all my friends!

They painted exterior trim and took care to match existing trim and siding. They were very accommodating in taking care of a few little detail items. They replaced some rotten trim that the roofing contractor wanted $1000 to do. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My experience with Pinnacle Painting was exceptional. Ryan took his time to understand my painting requests and really took care to protect our established plants and bushes (as well as the new ones) while the work was ongoing. The crew was polite, respectful, quiet and extremely attentive to detail. Our house has Victorian "gingerbread" embellishments and it was important that they be precise with their work. We couldn't be happier with the result and recommend them in the highest terms. The pricing was fair and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Ryan and his team were superb. They were responsive, timely, and always willing to go the extra mile. 100% professional. The paint job is just great, and they left the space cleaner than when they entered it. Definitely will use them again.

I hired this company to stain my deck and fence several years ago. I did all of the research. They seemed like they were high quality with great references. The result was a mess. The people that actually did the work were highly inexperienced. The result was absolutely awful. The work was sloppy and there were stain drips everywhere. The owner did come and try to fix the mess. However, I don't think he knew what he was doing or he didn't want to put in the effort. You have to sand and power wash first to remove stain drips and then restain. He just tried to restrain over the mess. It took me tons of work and personal time to fix everything. I hate to give bad reviews. I usually abstain because I don't want to hurt a business. However, this was one of my worst contractor experiences EVER.

Third time we have used them for deck wash/seal. Third time near perfect result. Fair pricing, very good quality, uses top quality materials. Ryan almost always answers your phone call or calls back immediately. Plan to use them soon for some indoor painting. Highly recommend this local company.

They're not cheap but they do a good job, very quick.

We hired Pinnacle because Company A uses subcontractors and Company B's price was suspiciously low. Ryan was very responsive to our wishes and suggestions. We were dubious about spray vs. brush but are very satisfied with the finished job. The crew was efficient and cleaned up well afterward. Will hire Ryan for future jobs.

They were here when they said they would and completed the work in a highly efficient manner

The owners called back quickly and came to do the job in just a couple of days. I was very satisfied with them and the work. Dajeed offered suggestions to what I was having done that made the finished job look even better than I was hoping for. They protected my things while painting and did a complete clean up after. I would definitely hire them again.

The crew of 4 painted the trim and one interior ceiling in one day. They are professional and friendly. I usually never give a 5 star rating but I can not think about anything they could have done better.

To be fair, I haven't seen the quality yet for myself, but my daughter says it looks ok. The cooperation was excellent considering that the project was done 'long distance' with the painters having to get keys from and coordinate with my daughter, while I was still out of Ann Arbor. Ryan gave a 10% discount for being able to do the job on a rainy day when he could not keep his team busy on outdoor jobs, so the value was excellent.

They did an excellent job on the painting, not as well on carpentry skills. But overall good job I did recommend to neighbor and have used them again.

While I have paid for the painting job, I still have not gotten the invoice for the job I was promised.

We have a 20 year old tri-level that required not only painting but wood work as well. Ryan and his team did phenomenal job. They started immediately, were extremely thorogh with their workmanship and completed the job very fast. They listened to what we were trying to achieve and gave us the tools to get there. We were pleased to go with a local company that we can trust to stand by their work. Thanks again, we are very pleased.

I hired Pinnacle to do interior painting in several areas of the house. At first we didn't get off to a very good start. They didn't answer my you're Hired e-mail. Then I called them after two days. I sceduled the job the next week and they were supposed to pick up a gallon of paint to match the color. They did not come and the job was the next day. They came after I called to pick it up. The crew was very friendly, cleaned up their work area and were very careful of other walls and doors. They did a good job.
