Nancy's All Inclusive Pet Care provides expert, loving, in-home care and daily dog walks in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. Each pet visit or dog walk is 30 minutes long and is customized to meet the needs of the pets. As an established client, pet visits are billed monthly and payments are made by check or by bank bill pay option.

Nancy and Becky were AMAZING! They always were prompt, professional, and texted me photos from the visit. Prior to COVID, they also took the time to document how Reese's day went. It was adorable and gave me such a piece of mind while at work that Reese was well taken care of. The cost of the walks is comparable to other local dog walkers in the area, but the quality is TOP NOTCH! Nancy and Becky have become an extended part of our family. I am admitted an anxious, very protective dog mom. I never imagined I would trust anyone to walk Reese, but I am soooo glad Nancy and Becky have been part of our lives. I highly recommend!

Nancy did an exceptional job. She kept a journal and texted us regular photos of our cat Westerberg. Other cat sitters took photos, but they were usually periodic proof of life photos... Nancy went well beyond taking photos every visit (twice a day in our case) and included information such as Westerberg's mood and/or what he was up to during her visit. She cleaned the food dishes and vacuumed around the litter box on her last day. Nice to come home to that. We've had a few cat sitters over the years and I can say without a doubt she surpassed them all. Thank you Nancy! :)

We've had Nancy take care of our cat around 10 times now and have been very pleased with her service! Before our first visit, she came by for a meet-and-greet to get to know our apartment, cat, and preferences around feeding, playing, etc. Our cat absolutely adores her and it makes me feel less awful about leaving him for vacations! She spends a good amount of time with him and documents his eating/bathroom habits. We love that she sends pictures during her visit so we know she made it, and that our cat is doing well. One time the extra key I had given Nancy stopped working and she couldn't get into the apt! She was very professional and accommodating about finding a way into the building and working with us to acquire a new key. The price is little high considering I could have a friend stop by and feed the cat for free, but we continue to choose her quality service over cheaper alternatives. Thanks Nancy!

Nancy’s All Inclusive Pet Care provides an outstanding, trustworthy, and reliable service! I value that Nancy takes the time to have an orientation. She came out before our trip to meet our two cats and to get to know them and their needs. She made such an effort to learn every detail about our two boys so that they would get the same day-to-day experience as when we are at home! I also love that Nancy sends a text update and picture with each visit – it really helps my guilt for leaving them when we travel! I could not recommend Nancy’s service more!

So happy I could find NAIPC. They took a great care of all my three cats for 2.5 weeks and my place was super clean when I returned. My cats need a lot of human attention and they get stressed out easily when humans are not around. I am very glad none of them seemed to be stressed out this time. Nancy took so much time to listen to me explaining how to take care of my cats and sent me an email every day with lovely messages and pictures. I could totally feel their love in their emails. What's more, I also found very detailed hand-written notes they kept every day when I returned. I learned some new habits and favorites of my cats from the memo, even after spending 2 years with them already! It was a nice surprise to have a clean space after 20 hours of flight as well. They really went above and beyond my expectation and I will use their service again without any doubt. Indeed, it was already my third time hiring them and I know there will be fourth when I travel again in several months.

Nancy's All Inclusive Pet Care is absolutely the most professional, caring, and attentive pet sitter service I have ever used. I never have to worry about my cat when I travel because I know she is in the best of hands. Between the extensive and lovingly-crafted hand-written notes Nancy leaves for me to read upon my return home, the check-in texts and photos she sends while I am away, and her extreme responsiveness to any calls or texts I send, I know that she truly cares for my pet, and this gives me immense peace of mind. Nancy and her team of helpers have been an essential part of our life in Ann Arbor the last year or so. They are consistently available when we need them, and offer premium pet sitting services at a fair price. We love reading the daily handwritten notes when we come home that detail our cat's various moods and behaviors, eating and playing habits, and litter box use, and we especially enjoy receiving daily texts and photos while we are away and are missing our Jimbo! He can be a difficult little guy, but Nancy and her team are always able to engage him in playtime. We always come home to a happy and healthy kitty. I recommend this service to anyone looking for high quality pet care.

We've used Nancy's All Inclusive Pet Care on multiple occasions (for taking care of our cats when we're away) and they have always phenomenal! They are professional, compassionate, and accommodating (in that we've had a few last minute trips, and they've still managed to fit us into the schedule). Getting updates with each visit, along with a journal of how things went, also brings us great peace of mind about how our fuzzy family members are doing while we're away. I found Nancy from referrals from other dog owners in my neighborhood and I wholeheartedly agree with their glowing reviews. I could tell from the first time she met my little golden puppy that she really knows how to connect with dogs. She and her staff do far more than just walk and feed my little one, and it has made me feel much more comfortable leaving her at home while I am at work. Every person and plays with her, and they also work on commands/training that we are practicing at home, following the same training methods that I use. They always send a photo of her at each visit so I can rest assured that my dog is happy and getting some much-needed attention and exercise, and they even leave a handwritten message about the visit so I have a record of her visit. Nancy also works hard to accommodate my schedule, and so far I have never made a scheduling request that she could not handle. Nancy always makes sure I know who is coming to my house, and she is always there the first time a new person is introduced to the dog so there are never any surprises. I am not the type of person who normally writes reviews, but I have been so pleased with Nancy that I would love for other pet owners to enjoy what I have been enjoying. You will not be disappointed!

Nancy and her team at Nancy's All Inclusive Pet Care have been an exceptional part of our family care for our puppy, Macy Mae. From first contact, Nancy has provided professional, insightful, and trustworthy guidance and service. Nancy perfectly accommodated our puppy from day one: she skillfully gave our shy Macy the needed space and time to feel comfortable, safe, and loved in Nancy's care (see attached photo of Nancy and Macy). We received full updates with photos of daily progress as Macy's confidence matured to have outings with non-family members. Nancy then gently introduced Macy to the team members who would be walking our pup about 8 times a week. And for the past month, we still treasure our weekday updates from the antics of Macy and her walking buddy. In terms of fees, scheduling, payment - the business side could not be easier. Nancy is responsive and an excellent communicator. We have adjusted schedules the night prior without issue; Nancy's smart, good-humored nature helps when your family chaos modifies plans. She and her team have made this transition for our family back to the joys of puppy-hood far easier than it otherwise would have been. We feel very fortunate to have this community service available.

Nancy and her son, Mason, have been cat sitting for us since we returned to Ann Arbor last year. She is by far the best pet sitter I've ever worked with and she treats my cat, Waffle, like he is her own! My husband and I like to travel frequently and I am always at ease when we are out of town because I know he is well taken care of (and probably spoiled :)). She is always very available over email for scheduling and any questions, and she is very timely with pet sitting visits as well. During my initial consultation with her, Nancy took detailed on notes everything related to my cat's care, and I really appreciated her attentiveness. She always texts me with updates and pictures while I am away, and I love seeing how happy my kitty is! He instantly warmed to Nancy and her son and I know that he looks forward to seeing them each time. She leaves summaries of each visit for us to read after returning, too, which are always much appreciated and a joy to read. I would whole-heartedly recommend Nancy and her team for pet sitting services!

The staff at Nancy's All-Inclusive Pet Care has been fabulous! My 16-year-old poodle Gracie is blind and def so she isn't the easiest to care for but they do an outstanding job with her. Gracie loves her afternoon walks twice a week. Also when we go away on vacation they provide excellent in home care four times a day (walks, visits, feeding, etc.), which includes texts with updates and pictures. They even wash the throw rugs when Gracie has her occasional accidents. Brought in mail and turned lights on and off mornings/evening. Can't say enough...A++++

Nancy has been wonderful to our puppy Gordie! She and her staff are reliable, and thoroughly care for him. She is a fantastic communicator, and incredibly accommodating even on short notice! She did an initial Meet and greet with us on a holiday weekend! Her attention to detail, and ability to keep our pups daily routine intact are awesome! When I came home, my pet companion was happy, healthy, and happy to see me. Nancy's all inclusive pet care has great people who love my cat, play with her, and send me pictures that make me smile knowing she is playing, happy, and loved. I've already made reservations for the next time I am away.

Nancy's All Inclusive Pet Care is fantastic. Our pup needs a little extra care for walks outside due to limited mobility in one of her legs. Nancy and her team do a great job and have flexible hours. Nancy personally worked with us and our pup until she knew our pup's personality and needs and then gradually worked in other staff so we have even more flexibility for when we need help.

Nancy is an expert animal caregiver (feeding, grooming, etc). She understands animal behavior, and can detect any potential health issues. Takes in our mail too, has in the past adjusted the thermostat as requested, leaves detailed notes regarding the cat's well-being. We always employ Nancy when we leave town!

Nancy and her crew always do a great job taking care of our pet. They take time to give our pet some badly needed attention while we are away. We always come home to a neat stack or mail, watered plants, notes about the cat's health and care, and a happy kitty. It keeps me from worrying while I am away and makes travel much more enjoyable.

Nancy and her staff do impeccable work. Our cats were well cared for and loved. They texted me notes and pictures throughout the time we were gone. They fed them, gave them medicine, cleaned the litter boxes, and swept. They left a note on the table that I could read when I returned home. My cats got lots of chin and ear rubs!

Nancy and her team are exceptional. When I moved, I had to find a new service, and because it takes my cats a long time to trust new people, I was worried. Nancy took copious notes about their routines, and that, coupled with her warmth and ability to relate to animals, won over both cats on the first visit! Nancy and her team are wonderful and I would highly recommend them. They also took wonderful care of my house while I was away.
