Mussio Painting

Steve was excellent! I called him for an estimate in March for a June start date, which with all the rain in June, put him behind, but he was able to pull it off. He went over the job and suggested a couple of things that we had not thought about, like painting the eave troughs to match the fascia board and painting the windows. We reviewed the job when it was time to power wash. Steve is onsite with the crew painting and overseeing the complete job. His crew is the extension of himself and he expects that the work would be done as if he completed it. He came out to power wash about 2 days before the start date, our siding is plywood based about 20 years old and could be easily damaged by the water stream, Steve personally did the job. He asked that some one be on the inside of the windows, so that any leaks could be taken care of as to not damage anything inside if the water breached the seals. It was a good check of the integrity of the windows and doors (Small leak in a couple of windows, and 1 door that is being replaced). The 4 man team showed up when promised and got to work ,2 guys started calking and prepping before Steve and Mike started the trim. The team has been together for around 10 years and work well together. After caulking and prepping, Jonesy and Ron then followed up with the House paint, They worked until around 9p and were back the next morning and finished around 5p with everything. Some things did need a 2nd coat but then again when all was done, the finished price was what we expected the job would cost. We kept the remaining paint, The area around the house was inspected several times to make sure nothing was left behind. There is a 3 year guaranteed warranty for peeling and flakes. Steve is the owner and takes pride in a job well done and a pleased customer response. Job well done, I won't wait on my husband the next the house needs painting, Although he is glad it is done and worth every penny of it! Thanks Steve for an exceptional job!! l
