Overall, the service was good.

The sales person was polite with average professionalism.  He was friendly but the transaction took longer than expected: over 90 minutes.

I found the business on Angie's List and when I walked in, was greeted professionally and warmly.  He asked my name and remembered it throughout.  I told him I only needed a mattress/bed for a guest bedroom and asked for free delivery.  He explained that the purchase would need to be over $500 for free delivery.  I decided to look at beds for the Master bedroom in order to get free delivery of both.  He presented several choices for the full-size and offered a discount on a headboard.  I found the mattress that fit my needs in the guest room and began looking for a master bed.

He showed me the top-of-the-line Serta mattress with a short explanation of its features.  I tried it out as well as three others.  I asked if there was a discount if I paid in cash.  He affirmed that he could make some adjustments. I went back to the Serta iComfort where he showed me the features of the powered base  - remote-controlled adjustability and message.  He helped another customer as I decided - taking longer than I expected.

I decided on the Serta with the adjustable base, four pillows, a headboard/base as well as the full-size mattress and headboard.

He threw in delivery, setup, haul, and then added two free frames, 2 free pillows, and a discount on a stain resistant cover.  He loaded the frames and other items and set up a next-day delivery for the mattresses.

There was no high pressure. When you walk in they greet you and ask you what you are interested in and then they leave you alone, which I really liked. I got a good price. The salesman's name was Dan. If you had any issues he addressed it right away. I really liked the delivery service. Since I had a great experience the first time I ended up going back to purchase another mattress. Once we get our basement remodeled, I will be going back to get another mattress. It was a positive experience and a great place to shop.

THe shopping experience was very good. Unfortunately, after one night on my new mattress, I realized it was no more comfortable than my old mattress and upon phoning him, realized they would not allow a return - even to buy a more expensive model - for reasons of comfort. I noticed in my recent Consumer Report (received after my purchase), that many companies DO allow returns - usually with some small fee - for reasons of comfort. I would shop elsewhere next time.
