I have an yearly event that I just have her come out once a year.

My first appointment was a mistaken time, and a "no show" That was a small problem that was easily solved. When they came to clean after the scheduling problem was resolved, they cleaned most professionally and expertly. I'm just sorry that I haven't signed them up for regular cleaning, but that is MY problem!

It was the typical price for house cleaning and was the same as everybody else. They weren't high and they weren't low, they were average. They could be more punctual, and it's impossible to communicate directly with their people that are doing the cleaning. They don't speak English, so it's hard to communicate with them. I had to go through Magda's, I would use them again, but I'm not using them now. They need an on-site interpreter.

Did a good job but used my cleaners without asking and completely emptied them out. Was a bit pricey and missed a few appointments.

- 7 times out of 10, the job was not completed - Whenever I addressed my concern on incomplete jobs, the owner provided bizarre, unprofessional excuses; * One of the cleaning crew suddenly got sick (Owners own words) * The crew didn't know that they were expected to clean the basement (?!?!) Great service! Highly recommended! Magda accommodated my last minute schedule and is very professional. The staff are efficient and hard working. Nice people and reasonable rates.

Magda's crew is very hard-working. They do a very thorough job of cleaning and left the house really sparkling.

There have been some communication issues along the way which may be a result of seeing a different team each time they come and not every person speaks english well enough to understand my comments and concerns. some of my issues are related to having them come every 2 weeks instead of every week. The companies cleaning plan is a rotating schedule for cleaning specific areas, so not every task is completed every time they come. I have not received a satisfactory response to the question of how this works with a home on a 2 week rotation.

My experience was very disappointing. Magda had a great sales pitch and spoke of all the wonderful things they would do to clean the house entirely. I figured that justified her higher price in comparison to other similar services. She was prompt and professional when selling me the service. The cleaning was disappointing though. They completely failed to clean the appliances until we called them back. They failed to clean a bathroom floor properly, something I had to do the next day. They didn?t even remove scotch tape that was stuck to a window. In addition, I asked them three times not to use water on a specific wood floor and they used water on it anyway, damaging the floor. As I called Magda at various points to correct these problems she was defensive and argumentative. Even though her office is very near to the location of the work, she was unwilling to come to the house to see the problems for herself. She never followed up to see if the work was completed properly or to learn if we were satisfied.

When we called, Magda?s was very prompt on getting us a free quote and scheduled a full cleaning. It was great and reasonably priced. The follow up appointment went fine and we took advantage of the discount on the second cleaning. The problem arouse when we tried to set up a regular cleaning once a week. It was tough to pin down Magda?s for when a reoccurring appointment could be made and I attempted to just schedule week by week. Week 3 was set for 8:30 am on Friday. No one showed and I contacted Magda?s about why. I was told they would be here and they finally showed up mid to late afternoon (way late). I thought ok, everyone overbooks on occasion and scheduled for this week. No one showed this time either. Since it is getting to be more stress than it is worth to schedule, I am discontinuing the service.

It generally went fine. There were some very difficult spots on the hardwood kitchen floor that needed to be cleaned (hardened food); the crew got some of these spots but left the largest ones -perhaps they didn't know how to clean them without damaging the floor (I have since cleaned them up by myself). The rest of the cleaning job was great. I welcomed coming home to a spotless place.

Magda replied to my inquiry immediately and set up a time to come to our home to provide an estimate for cleaning. She scheduled her team to clean the house in advance of a party that we were hosting. Magda and her team were all very professional, polite, and pleasant. They did an amazing job and we are incredibly pleased with the results. Her pricing was reasonable and competitive, plus they brought all of the necessary equipment and supplies. We plan to have them clean our home regularly from now on. Very pleased with the service! Thank you Magda!

Magda came to my rescue. After paying a cleaning company who completely failed to properly clean my condo after moving out. I called Magda and she was completely flexible and professional. My condo was completely recleaned and received an offer the next day. Completely satisfied!

Very thorough job, both cleaning and tidying up. I was impressed and will plan on using them again.

Provider canceled hours before the initial scheduled cleaning. My cleaning was for Saturday morning, and I was stranded, with a dirty house and company coming over. The rescheduled visit, was also hours late, but most importantly, was of the poorest quality I've experienced with house cleaning. I documented areas of concern with detailed photographs and sent over to provider with comments. I wish I could post photos on here to truly show what I came home to. The quality of the cleaning was so poor, some rooms were even in worse condition than before their visit. I certainly expected provider to offer to re-do, but I did not receive a response from provider. Really disappointed.

We were in need of a thorough cleaning when we found at closing that the house we had just purchased was in a much filthier condition than we expected. Magda was able to accommodate us at incredibly short notice-- as we needed the cleaning to be done the next day, prior to the mover's arrival. Magda and her crew arrived exactly at 8 a.m. as promised and worked diligently and conscientiously all the way until the job was completed at almost 3 p.m. While we initially balked at the price that was quoted, when they described the level of detail they would go in the cleaning we decided it was worth it. By the time they had completed the work, we were absolutely satisfied and felt that we received excellent quality for the price. The house looked like a different place!

Very through and complete cleaning.

It started with a preliminary visit to look over our house and the areas that were to be cleaned. They were very polite and professional. As we got closer to the date, they worked to move other clients to make time to do our cleaning right before the party, which we really appreciated. Magda was very communicative through out and followed up afterward to make sure we were happy with the service. The team took their time and did some amazing deep cleaning. They got things clean, such as stains that we had been unable to for years and, overall, did an amazing job. We hope to pick them up in the fall for a more regular cleaning schedule and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job. I've never been more than a barely adequate housecleaner, and with my son living here part time and our dog, the place was pretty dirty. They came on a Saturday and cleaned the whole place thoroughly from top to bottom. I was very satisfied with the result, and so were the buyers: The house sold the second day it was on the market.

Due to long work days and additional commitments to a non-profit organization, spring cleaning had not been performed in years ALSO, basic housekeeping moved to the bottom of the priority list. They stopped about a week before to confirm, and thankfully, assured me they could do the job. She brought in a team of cleaners and got the job done. Our home looks fantastic. The main point i would like to present: as dirty as the house had become, they got the job done professionally and quickly

Prior to scheduling the job, Magda came to our home to see what would be needed. She is a very pleasant woman and was fun to talk with. I was trying to determine a good date to have the job done. Magda suggested dates just prior to Mothers Day. I agreed that was a good idea, as I was having this cleaning done for my wife. We set a date and time. Magda texted me earlier in the day on the scheduled date to say her crew was finishing earlier than expected, and if it worked for me, they would arrive a couple of hours early. That was fine with me. The cleaning crew of two arrived around noon and got right to work. Magda had said I dd not have to be there while they were working, but because I have a big dog, I chose to stick around. They worked for a good 3 1/2 hours. I am recently retired and have taken over much of the housework in our home, but definitely not on this scale! These women did some seriously deep cleaning. My dog sheds quite a bit, and dog fur hides everywhere. They vacuumed and cleaned in places I would have never thought.. I was very satisfied with the quality and professionalism displayed by Magda's Cleaning Svc. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Magda's Cleaning service! Magda is very professional and pleasant to work with, and her team of 2 cleaners did an excellent job. (She has a total of 8 women who work for her.) Magda stopped by for a few minutes a few days before they were scheduled to clean, to go through the house & to get an idea of what my preferences were, which I really appreciated. She also accompanied her team on the day of the cleaning & introduced them to me, then returned to check everything out at the end of the job. After 4 hours, my house was spotless - from the ceiling fans to the baseboards, and everything in between. They bring their own tools and products, and are extremely efficient and hardworking. I have used several other cleaning services over the years, but none of them compare in quality to Magda's. I will definitely use her service again.

Every thing was ok the first time, When I contacted the next time, the price was increased by more than 30$ although when I called the for the first service it was agreed that we will do it for $120 once a month. I even gave tip to people who came on top of that. the first time.. To me, that is unprofessional and a big price increase in one service, and left me with no option other than to hire someone new If you just have that money, the service was not bad, i rated it B.

Magda responded quickly to our call- met with us to understand our preferences and then a member of her staff list came to perform weekly cleaning service.
