We were very happy with the service provided. The people were friendly. The shop is easy to get to and parking is easy. The cleaned and repaired sewing machine works great now.

Communication with the service person was prompt and complete. He spent the time to fully evaluate my machine and then performed a thorough cleaning of the electronic boards to assure smooth running in the future. I am about to begin constructing my daughter's wedding dress so quality is very important to me.

After examining the sewing machine, it was determined that both the needle plate and bobbin case (hole right thru) were damaged. The needle plate only required some minor repair at no charge and the only charge was to replace the bobbin case.

Very well. Machine now works fine. It was done earlier than projected which was nice. They were very helpful explaining different functions of the extras that came with the machine.

They are the only company with the in depth knowledge of how to use the machines, the software and how to maintain them. They do it all and have helped me many times both over the phone and in person. They are the best sewing shop around. They provide so many valuable classes and help.
