Brad was assigned to cut my lawn initially and he did a fair job of cutting the lawn, but left some spots longer than others. Then I changed my service from weekly to biweekly and got a new provider, Erik. When Erik mowed my lawn he cut a hole in the skirting with the trimmer and didn't tell me about it. When I contacted the company about it they said they would put in a ticket and investigate it. They told me that the damage was consistent with a trimmer damage and then they called hit "normal wear and tear"! They proceeded to tell me the cost to replace it was only $20! The only resolution they provided me with was to offer $10 off my next grass cutting service! How's that for Customer Service?

A rip-off. Their system charges you the full quote’s amount without your authorization, which means ‎once you share your credit card information with them, you are paying them and they are not ‎obligated to finish their work. They did that to me. When I complained, they emailed me “We have ‎found that we are not at fault.” Save your money and support a local business whom you trust, ‎doesn’t overcharge you and actually wants to work.‎

Not sure how they found my contact info, I was contacted by them for lawn services. My rental house needs lawn services since tenant could not do it. Just grass cutting, no thing difficult or complicated. I hired this company to do the work for 4 months. They sub-contracted the work to their subcontractors and had no intention to control or monitor their work quality. Recently I went over to the house and saw how the contractor did the work. When cutting grass, he never used mulch catcher bag or raked the lawns after cutting. He simply left all debris and mulch on the lawn. For every next cut, he left more. If the dead grass was causing problems to the mower, he simply set the mower higher and higher to cut just the few grass on the top. Eventually, the lawn was covered with 1-2 inch dead grass debris or mulch. No mower could move forward on the lawn any more! Most grass underneath are dead due to the "thick blanket" on top! I called this company to ask them at least do one raking to remove the blanket. They refused to do anything, unless I pay them extra money for the work they did not do right. They do not care about feedbacks or reviews. They charged me $35 per cut for my small lawn that requires only 20 minutes work!
