LAND ARCHITECTS INC

I was so unhappy with Land Architects services, that I actually have had to wait this long to even submit a review for this company. We hired the owner and his crew to help us design and install $20,000+ worth of landscaping. After starting late, REPEATED occasions of our requests being ignored (read that the owner decided what we were going to have whether we liked it or not), extremely poor communication, and months and months of frustration (we had started calling him He Who Shall Not Be Named as he upset my spouse so badly), we finally fired Land Architect even though the project wasn't finished. We were so disappointed and upset with the process, the lack of communication, lack of listening, and the damage done to our irrigation system and lawn, that we left the project unfinished and hired another landscaping company to finish it the next year (this spring). We then spent several months coming to an agreement about the bill, especially after we had to have another irrigation company repair the damage done. In addition, the finish to the concrete we had poured, over 2000 sq ft, that they subcontracted out, looks terrible. It is blotchy and the sealer they recommended we put on it is peeling off; we will have to have the surface cleaned and resealed next year.  I would not under any circumstances recommend this company.
