Meet the Owner : My name is John Haddad. I am the owner of JR Haddad & Company. I created my business in August 2017, and since then I have focused on giving my customers the highest quality work and the best experience possible working with a contractor. I value honesty, commitment, and workmanship and I fully expect the same of all my workers. John Haddad and Haddad landscaping completed our paver patio project this summer and the work was top notch! John's communication with us during the project was fantastic and even when there were issues with a miscommunication with his crew, John came to our home that same evening to make sure everything was corrected and on track. The paver patio is beautiful and we are thrilled with the warranty he provided on his work to ensure that it will look good for the long haul!

After interviewing 3 different landscape companies & considering 2 others, we decided on Haddad Landscaping. This is primarily because John Haddad, the owner himself, arrived equipped with business documentation, examples of their work, & prepared to answer all of our questions. He took the time to walk through our property, listen to our concerns, and measure potential site work. Haddad initially indicated somewhere around a 2-4 day time frame & a moderate price tag to complete the work. John Haddad returned a few weeks after the initial quote since some time had passed between interviews with other companies. Haddad prefers to do stonework but are not afraid of taking on basic landscaping work too. The work crew proved to be a young motivated duo whose optimism & strength outpaced the brutal June heat. They graciously accepted our offers of cold bottled water at times & stayed the course which included removal of a dozen tough thorny midsize bushes, 2 small trees (including one ugly 8 foot+ buckthorn, shrub trimming, and a few other laborious tasks. The whole crew was friendly though I believe the work was more than they anticipated. Although not the least expensive quote, we believed Haddad Landscaping met our early Summer season need for a tremendous jump start on the overgrown & over planted yard in our new home.

John was responsive. It was easy to arrange to have him come by. He answered my questions knowledgeably and we talked about several different ways to handle the drainage and landscaping. He gave me information to help compare and weigh out the different options. I'd definitely recommend calling Haddad if you have a landscaping project.

John Haddad is very dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Last fall John transplanted several 4 foot deciduous trees and some boxwood bushes for me. He responded very quickly to my inquiry and made an appointment to complete the job in a timely fashion. He arrived on schedule and completed all the transplants without disturbing all the other vegetation. He also refilled the areas where the trees/bushes were removed. I feel that John offers competivite pricing, is very honest. If he doesn't personally have the knowledge or expertise for the job he is very resourceful and competent, hiring the necessary contractors to complete the job.

Excellent. I was impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail that John demonstrated. He was organized and worked steadily. I did not feel as though he was rushing through with my job in order to get to another job. The grass came up in due time and looks so pretty and green. I will be hiring him again to put in some additional shrubs and to spread mulch.

We hired John Haddad to do a major spring clean-up of our yard, hedges, and beds with re-mulching after a few years of neglect. I have zero complaints at all about our experience. His work was extremely thorough and complete, and he works very efficiently. The most exceptional thing about John (compared to many other contractors, unfortunately) was how great the communication was. He told me he'd write a proposal and send it, and he did so promptly. He always texted about when he was coming and his plans. This is a big deal for me as I have a young baby and don't have time to worry about someone who flakes out. He was so responsible and responsive. Our yard looks great this year and I will 100% hire him again in the future.
