I was very disappointed by the quality of this dry cleaning. Of the ~8 sweaters I took, two lightweight ones were returned on hangers, with prominent hanger marks at both shoulders that I had to take for cleaning again to remove. One of the pairs of trousers I took to have pressed only was poorly done (comparable to what I could achieve with home iron) and the other, which I took in because of a spot from honey on the thigh, still had the spot present when I picked them up.
I attempted to call and speak with a manager three times about these issues. The manager was not present any of the times I called and did not return the two messages I'd left with my name, phone number and date/description of services. I will not use this business again.
