He just finished up after about two hours and I am elated. He was efficient, personable, and obviously very skilled at making white carpets look practically new again. Thanks, Marshall, I'd recommend you anytime.

Marshall showed up on time, and was efficient and thorough. The house was completely empty (before we had actually moved in), so I'm sure that helped! We have 1500sq ft of carpet in this house, and he cleaned all of it. It's old carpet, so it wasn't a miracle, but it helped so much in removing all of the cat allergens the previous owners left behind. He was also very friendly, and I thought the price was very reasonable!

This is the second time we have used Healthy Carpets. Once last year to clean all the rooms before moving in and again this year to clean our living room and hallway. Both experiences were exceptional. Marshall is very responsive and we were able to schedule a cleaning with only two days notice. He was timely (actually early and called in advance) worked quickly and the results were fantastic. Helped with the furniture after the room was clean and put pads underneath everything so it could completely dry and our lives weren't entirely disrupted with a couch in our kitchen. And a great personality on top of it all! Would highly recommend and will plan on using him all the time going forward! Thanks, Marshall!

Pretty well. The carpets are old and stained, but they came out looking great. I'm disappointed that a few stains have resurfaced, but the areas looked good at the time. Marshall did a great job. It was a little more expensive than I expected.

They showed up on time and did two estimates for me, both with and without pet stain sanitizer. After that, they spent about 3 hours steam cleaning every inch of the 2000 square feet of carpet in the house. They were professional and the parts they were able to get clean were great.

Unfortunately, we hired them to attempt to get out old cat urine odor and their cleaning was unable to get it out. They were fully up front about the possibility and I don't blame them at all. We ended up ripping out the carpet but it was totally worth the attempt to clean it.

Fine. They were nice and great about treating stains and trying to get them out with multiple cleanings. We also like the fact tht their cleaning materials were organic and did not contain harsh chemicals.

The gentleman was very friendly and professional, and he did a great job. I had another company once, and I had to have the work redone. I plan to call him again.

Service was professional and they arrived right on time. The Owner, Marshall, gave us advice on how to make sure the carpet dried after cleaning since the attic room they cleaned does not have heat vents. They were careful when entering the house with their equipment (hoses from the van).

I bought a Groupon for this company, which was the main reason I worked with them this first time. Scheduling was very simple and they were able to accommodate me within a week's time.

The two men showed up a bit late, but got right to work. They worked efficiently and neatly and were finished in about 30 minutes.

The furniture looks great. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
