Green Mitten Chem-Dry

I have been using Chem Dry for years and am very satisfied.  They did a great job - my carpet looks new!  They were very professional.  I will continue using Chem Dry and would highly recommend them to all my friends.

Two guys - on time, polite, very professional. Did a very nice job.

The two workmen were punctual, courteous and very efficient.  The area rug required gentle cleaning products.  It's colors have been revitalized.  The well-used stairway and hall look like new.  Pastel stains in the art room carpet have disappeared.  We are well pleased with the green products that they use.  And very happy with the price too.

They did a good job. My daughter in law was there when the work was completed and she was very happy with it.

I've used Chem Dry about 3 times.   I'm always happy with the service.   I appreciate that the carpets aren't soaking when they leave.  
Also, that the chemical load is minimal.  I'm always concerned about the health of our pet.   I do feel that they are pricey compared to other companies I've used (even with the periodic 20% coupon.   If I stopped using them it would be for this reason.

Great! They arrived when they said they would.  After showing them what we wanted cleaned they clearly explained everything they were going to do and offer helpful suggestion on the pet treatments. They answered all of my questions about how their service was differently that other carpet cleaning services.  I had already completely reviewed their website
Then they got right to work. We had already moved furniture to make it faster and easier so the job went very smoothly. When then were finished they again explained what they had done and pointed out some minor problems that could not be remedied.  All in all it was a great service and complete in about 2 hours.

Several troublesome spots courtesy of grand-dogs.  Workers arrived on time, explained procedures, answered questions and spoke highly of their company.  Very efficient and pleasant.

Overall, I would give them an A-.  Some spots lifted permanently.  The price was higher than the estimate given over the phone (which is not their fault, just annoying).  Professionalism should be more consistent among employees.
I would use them again, after I confirm which people would be entering my house.

They arrived early in the time window they gave, they were very
pleasant, helped me move a few pieces of heavy furniture that I couldn't
move myself, and left everything neat when they left, including moving
back those pieces of furniture.  They took about 45 minutes-1hour, and
the rugs look like new.  Our new dog can't tell where the old one had been.  Great job, I will be glad to use them again! 

He was very rude and argued with me about the poor service. 

I have been using them for many years but this is the first time I have had an issue. They were complaining about moving furniture but that is what I needed. 

When I first called to get a quote it was for 150 and then when he came out the estimate increased to 200 and would not honor the original estimate even though I told him how big my home was over the phone

Again I have used them for more than 5 years, so they knew what they were getting into. I am not sure why there was a change in the business.

I was satisfied with the service provided by Chem-Dry. They showed on time, they cleaned the carpets, did a good job, and left.

The carpets and upholstery came out dry before he left. He was no bother while on the job.friendly with a good attitude.I would call chemdry again. another bonus is the cleaning solution is eco friendly and does not attract dirt.

They did a nice job.  I would recommend them.  I was pretty satisfied with the work that they provided.

We got an appointment on the day we wanted. The friendly technicians arrived promptly, explained what they would do, explained options and pricing. They got to work immediately and were thorough. The stains were removed, the carpet looks pristine, and we almost didn't want to walk on it that evening. This room has the TV in it, so there is foot traffic in and out, people bring food and drink in, so it needs to be cleaned at least once a year. We have been using Chem Dry for 5 years and want to let other people know that they are a reputable company with a top-notch staff that does great work.

We had them out and they did an excellent job. They arrived early and were ready to go. I have a dog and the were so sweet to her. They asked about problem spots and took care of everything. We are ready for the Holidays because of them! The house looks so fresh and new! We thought about new carpet but WOW this is sooo much better and less expensive!

They are very punctual. I think that their prices are very reasonable and they do a really good job on your carpets. They always have coupons, and after you have used them once, you keep getting coupons in the mail which is really nice.

I like them because they are very thorough. The person who lived here before had cats so we ended up using them before we moved in. It was very nice. There was no smell. The carpets looked almost brand new.

The carpet was very clean when they left. When a stain re-appeared a week later, they came back to treat it.

They make the carpets look brand new. The cleaners are safe for pets and they are very effective in getting out stains. They are very professional and I am very pleased with this company.

There were two men who came for the job, they were on time (within the time frame they set), they were efficient, and did a good job. They were also pleasant.
