Excellent job of replacing window and screen.

The service as able to provide an estimate by examining the doors when we weren't home. Provided precise price detail over the phone and gave us the time required to order the glass panels and said they would call us as soon as they were received. They called in a few days and scheduled a time for the repairs. While they were somewhat later than expected, they had called in advance to notify us.

He came out when I wasn't home to look at the door and make a template (so I wouldn't have to take time off of work). He fixed the door, but it turned out that the glass he'd had custom made wasn't tempered (as he had ordered) and broke during installation. He brought back another pane and installed it. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. He tried very very hard to schedule times so I would have minimal time off of work. All around nice job and a nice guy.

Pat was great - he came out within 2 days of when I called (golf ball didn't shatter both panes so the window did not need to be boarded up/wasn't urgent) and gave me an estimate to order and replace the window. He estimated it would take 2 weeks to get the window in (which was consistent with another estimate I had). He requested a 50% deposit to place the order. His group called back just over 2 weeks later and set up an appt to get the window replaced. He came and did the job in about 20 minutes, put the furniture back in place, and left (I paid the remaining balance at that time as well). Very easy, very nice, price was right. Would work with them again!
