We have been using them since they were Howard Cooper, we’ve been going to them now for 37 years. Overall, I would give them an “A” with one exception of this which took so long for us to get to a resolution. They always get the things fixed. The punctuality is very good too. Professionalism is right up there too. It’s been 37 years, I think we will be using them again. Specifically, we will use them again on the 19th.

I have been really happy with them. I have gone to them for about 8 years, and have never had bad service. You drive in, and can wait in the lobby. I generally only have to wait about 1 hour for an oil change. They will even let me take my dog in the lobby if I want. They will take me home and pick me up if I request (Within reasonable distance). I bought my car from here.

It was a free oil change. They were quick and efficient. I think it took less than 20 minutes to complete the work. The waiting room is fine. We have had all of our warranty work done there and so far all of our repair work which has n't been hardly anything.

I've been there a couple of times because they had to take the order of the part for me. They're terrific. I really like them. We've been going to them for probably around 20 years. They get an A plus. They're just very nice. We'll definitely use them again. There was a cute guy there!

It started out as a regular service and their computer says, "You need this and this and this and this," and then you go in and they look it over and discover you need this and this and this and this. They're excellent. It is expensive because it is a dealership and they use genuine parts and stuff. But I have no complaints. Their professionalism and their getting the car done when promised or even before, is usually very good.

This was my 6th vehicle purchase experience from Germain (Howard Cooper) in 30 years. Hondas are reliable, the sales staff is professional and the service department is excellent. Kristin Malik, my sales consultant, made this my best and most enjoyable experience so far. She was friendly, cheerful, ethical, knowledgeable, experienced and prompt in responding to texts, emails and phone calls. I liked that there was a direct phone line making it unnecessary to go through an operator.
The sales manager located the vehicle I wanted and it was delivered in about a week.

Professionalism and service were fine. However, we were disappointed that we felt pushed to approve a service that, later, we were able to research and find out didn't really need to be done. We would have appreciated an earlier heads up about this service and less pressure to make the decision at the time the other service was being done. We felt we paid too much for the service, and didn't really need it.
