George Gaves

When my husband and I arrived at the house for our inspection, George was already there and had been for a while.  We all hit it off almost immediately - he has a great sense of humor.  He is also very knowledgeable and explained A LOT.  From the beginning, when he had us stand in the driveway and eyeball other houses in the neighborhood, to the end the inspection took about three and a half hours - and the time flew by.  He suggested a lot of very useful tips as well as a couple of problem areas that we might want to take care of sooner rather than later, but he didn't make us feel anxious about anything.
His report was complete (including the radon report) and in my inbox by April 19th.
Please note: he is the owner of a WIN Home Inspection franchise, so while his website has a bit more of a corporate feel to it, he is (at least as far as I could tell) the only person associated with the Ann Arbor location - we certainly didn't get bounced around a phone queue or anything.
