They did an excellent job!

I called them and in a couple of hours they came and fix our garage door, it was perfect, and they did a good job.

Called and got an estimate. Scheduled for two days later and two person team came out to install the garage door and new lifter.mSamy and the other installer were friendly and professional. The new door looks great. Took time to show features and new openers. They charged for hauling away the old door, but it wasn’t much ($50 or so).

Problem solved

Did a wonderful job.

One of the spring was broken last night, and I found this company and called them at 7 am. Basel Sweilem came out at 9:58 am and replaced two springs and 13 rollers. He did really a great job and even fixed some problems that we have every winter. Our garage doors works like brand new doors. Thanks a lot.

Job was assigned quickly and a repairman was dispatched first thing the following morning. Repair was completed quickly in about 30mins.

Prompt arrival for quote, work done within four business days. No high pressure sales. I had picked out the door I wanted from their web site. Clean installation of new springs, tracks and door. Old opener motor still in good shape. Added an exterior keypad. Nice tight fit.

It went fine. They arrived as scheduled, on time. They suggested I have one thing done .,other than what id originally asked for, that seemed logical to me so I had them go ahead and do it. He also checked and oiled the opener.

I messaged Garage Door Pros through the Angie’s List app and Mike responded with an initial high level quote within a few hours (which was pretty fast since it was 5pm on a holiday). Once we confirmed we wanted to engage them for service, Basel and John sent us a note saying they would be out between 1 and 3pm, and then texted us again 5 minutes before arriving at 1pm. They were considerate enough to ask for entrance by a back door into the garage so as not to track snow through the house. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen door caused by mild temperatures followed by a deep freeze. Not only did they unstick the door by physically breaking the ice “adhesive” that had been formed on the bottom of the door, but also lubricated the door and gave us some advice for regular maintenance, Including how to resolve this problem should it happen again. Because they were able to fix it so quickly, they discounted their quoted price. Bottom line is that this family owned business was professional, responsive, conscientious and informative. I would definitely do business with them again.

He gave us several options with no pressure to spend more than we needed. He worked in the cold and at job’s end left us with a smile and a perfectly working garage door. Excellent. The technician was the managing owner. He took great pride in his craft. Very pleasant also as he worked. Made sure all my questions were answered and appreciated my business. New unit has many new features.

It didn’t work out well, but I guess it worked out all right. It wasn’t a matter of what he did, what he did was okay. The whole thing about was the $99 deal wasn’t nothing but a sales pitch to come out. That’s what that amounts too. I got two pulleys for $99. When you list that $99 deal for somebody, it’s not exactly what you think it is. It’s for them to come out, look at it, tell you what they can do and tell you what it will cost you for them to do more. My deal was there is so much to have done and the consumers don’t know what it should cost. That’s the dilemma the consumers in, he doesn’t know if he’s getting a good deal or not, but I know two pulleys for $99 isn’t a good deal.

Technician was prompt, professional and provide very good advice about the maintenance of my garage doors.

They were on time and professional. Work was done in under an hour. Door is working better and quieter.

Mike came out within about three hours of my contacting the business for the first time (I called around 2:30, he gave me a range of between 4 and 6 and showed up around 5). He accepted the Angie's List coupon with no problem ($20 for the call). He had all three issues with the door resolved within minutes, and the fee for fixing them was a very reasonable $15 (so $35 total for the visit and the work). He didn't try to sell me a new garage door or anything, and he was very pleasant and professional.

Very impressed with response time and quality of work. Within one and a half hour of placing a call, the garage door has been repaired, spring and cables replaced. Very reasonable rates as well. Would definitely hire again. Thank you.
