Fantastic Finishes

Not well. He claimed to have drywashed it and it was visibly apparent that he only did part of the deck. He was rude and uncooperative. Instead of the paint requested, he used a paint that would go through his spray gun as it was easier for him. He left several boards unpainted and even painted over a peanut on the deck!

Everything went well. Was very pleased with the quality of Mark's work. He was quite the perfectionist with all of his work. My house looks beautiful, it certainly needed a lot of help to get there. This is the second time I have hired Mark I don't think that I'll ever hire anyone else to work at my house. I have added before and after pictures, unfortunately all didn't load.

The work was done quickly, the price was fair, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I have several more projects that I need done and would not hesitate to hire Mark.

Excellent work, reasonable cost, great communication, always on time, job was completed as scheduled.

He was prompt and kept to his estimated time to complete the job. He communicated very well with us and had excellent suggestions regarding selection of paint colors and brands. We were able to work very well with him and he was respectful of our time and ideas. He was certainly knowledgeable and experienced in his craft. He was neat and did not create a mess. He cleaned up after himself. He locked up after himself and was respectful of our property as if it were his own. We enjoyed having him work on our condo and would certainly utilize his services again if needed.

I made a mistake and contacted a company on Angie's list because my window had mold/mildew around the frame and on the drywall.  Greg Fahrenbruch from REST came out and removed the drywall and window casing, did a treatment of some kind and charged us $900!.  Then they referred us to someone else to replace the drywall and paint it who gave an estimate of $500 to us because he is a licensed insurance adjuster and told me that I had been scammed.  I did not need to have that done.  He replaced the drywall and painted the window for $375.
When I contacted Angie's List, I was not given any redress.  I contacted Rest who only provided an invoice when I requested it which only stated that he removed drywall for painting.  I called and asked his office  to have  him call me back and provide an invoice, stating what he had done.  His invoice noted nothing about mold removal or treatment, or what the mold was.  He has not contacted me to answer my questions/concerns.
After having been so badly scammed, it is a special reassurance to work with Mark Dailey who is honest and doesn't take advantage of people.

Mark has done a lot of work for us over the past 10 years and he has always given us only top quality work.  He is punctual, neat, courteous and professional and his pricing is competitive.  He is our preferred contractor and we highly recommend him to family and friends.

I THINK THAT THEY A GOOD JOB. THEY HAD A LARGE CREW. THEY WERE PERSONABLE AND CONSCIENTIOUS. THE WHOLE JOB TOOK ONLY THREE DAYS. THEY PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND MY HOME LOOKS GOOD.
