Recommended by realtor,who showed us some of his work on other homes.
Very detailed discussions about what we wanted, what he would advise. Gave us options with relative prices. Great attention to detail, wanted it to look good and work well. Called to check any time there was a concern. Used other technicians as needed but did most of the work himself. Found small details that needed fixing, crawled into crawl space and up into attic to make sure structure, electrical lines, plumbing etc. were safe and functioning. Looks terrific, complete continuity from one area to the next. Worked quickly and price came in under estimate.
