Very well. They came to meet me, explain their philosophy of care and compassion and introduced me the the caregivers. This firm is in the business because they have a mission to help, comfort and serve. For Debra and her team, it is very personal. This is a small local business. Right from the start of dealing with Debra's Personal Care Services, when initially reaching out to the owner I noticed a zeal to do what it takes to be selected to be the home care services of choice. We searched around several agencies and this is the only one I found which was flexible enough to provide the care according to the schedule when my Dad needed it (midnight - 6 am). All the other agencies offered the same type of services but simply didn't offer it at the time which my Dad needed. We needed an agency which can provide a in-home care assistant who provide basic assistance from mobility around the home such as trips to the bathroom to assistance with administering his medication, etc. Debra took the time to listen and understand our needs and wasted no taking steps to find a resource who can perform the services we long sought after. Then came the technical and administrative hurdles Debra faced with being able to set up billing with my Dad's health insurance so that she can set up the services right away. Debra's insurance, while on the list of approved providers of other insurance companies, was on my Dad's insurance list. Despite the long delays and continual incrementing wait timelines given by his insurance company to accept Debra's agency to bill, Debra remained patient and diligent through the entire process and followed it through the end in order to become an approved provider so that they are able to provide the services we needed. Her company is a first class act and I highly recommended them to anyone who is looking for a compassionate, caring and diligent agency to provide home health care to their loved one.

Donna and her staff have always been consistent in providing the highest quality of care for my father-in-law. Punctual, consistent, attentive, caring, kind, compassionate, engaged, capable, thorough -are all words that come to mind when I describe the quality of care Donna's Personal Care Services. Completely vetted and trustworthy. 

Debra met with me personally to introduce the caregiver she was hiring to care for my father. Debra is friendly, and professional. She met my staffing needs and stayed involved throughout the process. It is nice to know that I have Debra's Personal Care Services as a resource to care for my father.

Debra has been very accommodating to the needs of my mother. In spite of my mother's physical limitations, she is very vocal about who and what she likes and dislikes. Debra has been a saint in finding lovely women who have connected well with my mother. My mother looks forward to seeing them and feels very secure under their care. Several companions have accompanied my mother with her daughter to a couple medical appointments. They have assisted with her bathroom needs and listen carefully to what the doctor says about my mother. They have been very professional in these situations. 
Debra has been terrific to work with and works diligently to find women even at the last minute for my mother. She is always happy to provide care for my mother. Debra will help with open arms and even has worked with my mother when there is no one available. 
I am so grateful to have located her services for my mother. You get such personalized services and Debra will  take your call or answer a text at any time of day. I can only give positive feedback on her services and would recommend them to others who have elderly family members who need special care.

I feel so fortunate to have come across information online about Debra's services! I can't recommend her more highly.I needed help with the care of a sick and aged friend in Ann Arbor, and I do not live there but was in town for a short visit.  I contacted Debra and she was ready and willing to help with big and small cleaning tasks. Debra showed up with family members--her support staff--who were willing to tackle the situation (a sticky dirty kitchen and fridge, lots of trash that needed to be removed) and make my friend's living conditions more safe and sanitary. After helping us with a big deep cleaning, she came back for regular visits to make sure he had the care he wanted and needed (he was at first resistant to receiving care from people he did no know), as he lived out the end of his life in his own home.  Debra is energetic, positive, thoughtful and kind.  She cared for my elderly friend with great concern for his physical and emotional well-being.  She checked in with me to make sure she was providing what he needed and was working with him effectively. He wasn't the easiest to work with and for, but Debra was very patient with him and he quickly grew to like her very much. He often told me about her visits and he and I both felt good knowing that she was there to run errands and make some extra meals for him and be in communication with him weekly, when so many people were not.  Debra quickly became one of the few people he trusted and relied on--an invaluable service and gift! I am so glad to know that he received Debra's care and friendship in the last months of his life.

prior to my surgery I contacted Debra's personal care services and discussed my needed services, she was very professional as well as compassionate and understanding of my situation when I spoke with her and scheduled an appointment to meet with her. she came to my home at the appointed time, prompt and dressed professionally. She presented me with a folder of information regarding her education, prior patients and services provided by her company. ver impressed we sat and talked about what the services I needed and days & times care would be needed. after my surgery I would need someone to come daily, help me shower, do wound care& evaluation, prepare meals and assist me with daily chores and any errands that needed to be done. Debra's company offered all these services and more at a price I could afford, so I signed the contract. we agreed that she would meet me and my family at my home on my day of discharge from the hospital. Too my surprise Debra was t my bedside the day before I was discharged with flowers and a smiling cheerful face, for us to review and anticipate any unexpected services I might need or desire. we a added daily range of motion and walking exercises to aid in my healing, of course to my tolerance level. the day I was discharged from the hospital Debra was there at my home waiting for me, she stayed there with me, made sure I was taking my pain medication after getting them from the pharmacy, assisted me with washing up and getting dressed, and prepared dinner, cleaned the dishes, took out the trash and wrote out a schedule of times for me to take my pain meds until she returned the next morning. I also had her personal phone number so I could call her if I had any concerns while she was gone. I felt safe, secure, and at ease with Debra, she was so easy me to talk to about anything. I considered her a friend by the following Friday when our business concluded. But she continued to call me every few days to make sure that things were going well and if I needed anything else. She is honest, caring , compassionate, intelligent, and conscious about her prices. I will absolutely recommend and use her services again without any doubts or hesitation at all. Give her a try you will not regret it.

Debra is very charismatic and a positive influence. I feel her attitude my mother towards recovery. I am very thankful for Debra's help.
