Initially, fine. But less than two months later, the vehicle electrical has failed again. 
We have been using Convenience Auto exclusively to service our vehicles for more than ten years. During that time, we have given them almost $1000/year in business. However, in the last 18 months, I've become increasingly concerned about the quality of their work. Subtle "red flags" include the time when the car was returned to us w/o working headlights or blinkers (when previously they had worked fine), repeated miscommunications with the office staff (including one staff person becoming argumentative), and a failure to honor advertised discounts (i.e. for UM students). None of these things would be a big deal in and of itself. However, taken together, and the fact that we've spent nearly $7,000 in repairs to a single vehicle in the course of ten years (a vehicle that Convenience Auto originally inspected and recommended before we purchased it) we are making alternative plans for future car repairs. 
I'm heartened that others have had positive experiences with Convenience Auto (based on the reviews written here). However, in my case, I have ceased to trust Convenience Auto. Indeed, I have grown to cringe having to call and speak with the front office staff. Based on the way that they speak to me, my guess is that they feel the same way. And that is certainly something, given how much business we give them and also given that I am one of those people that is routinely accused of being "too nice". 
Today, I am sending the vehicle in for what I'm guessing will be warranty work on a previous repair. Hopefully, it will all work out well and I will be able to follow up with a positive review.

We were terrifically impressed with the friendliness, capacity to listen, and clarity of communication the guys at the desk (Corky and Steve) exhibited. We were also really happy with the quality of work the mechanics did, as well as the reasonable cost. Can't recommend this outfit strongly enough!

I have always used the dealer for this car and was a little nervous about branching out--however the car is ~ 8 years old and the dealer seems expensive so I took a tip from a friend and tried Convenience Auto--definitely plan to continue to bring my car there!

Convenience Auto Service is amazing.  I have taken my Subaru's (Legacy as well as Forester) to Convenience Auto since it opened.  There is nothing more reassuring than having highly skilled, very knowledgeable, and experienced Subaru business owners and staff managing one's vehicle's well-being.  I drive, and I drive a lot -- at least 80 miles per day minimum.  A minimum life requirement is that my vehicle is available, safe, and well maintained.  Convenience Auto has exceptionally managed my vehicles with trusted good judgement, reasonable pricing, and effective maintenance and  repair in a manner that has made my life 'journey' possible each day.  I also appreciate their provision of transportation from their shop to my workplace and back which has helped save me time during my vehicle service days.

My experience overall has gone very well. I have been using them for many years now. They are very honest and have great recommendations. The pricing is reasonable. The staff is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I was driving to work when my exhaust system became incredibly loud.  The exhuast pipe had broken off and was hanging down, barely inches away from the ground.  I had the car towed to Convenience Auto Repair fearing $1,000 in repairs to replace the entire exterior exhaust system.  Before I left, the service rep looked at the damage and said he would call me within the hour.  He also assured me repairs could be done without replacing the entire exhaust system.  
After I got to work, I received a call in less than an hour.  The rep told me that all the car needed was a new gasket and flange to reattach the exhaust pipe hanging down to the front header pipe.  Total cost for parts and labor: $125.00.  The car was also ready by noon that day.  I have driven it without a problem ever since.

They found it was just a system error and nothing big. They have excellent customer service. They are very woman friendly.

They are friendly and they let you know what you're going to need.  They communicate what they are going to do for you, and it feels like you are working with family.  They know everybody's name and give great personalized service.  I would highly recommend them.

My car was displaying the check engine light intermittently.  CA investigated and diagnosed the reason as an "inefficient catalyst".  Thought the car is out of warranty for most things, they also explained that several of the items should be replaced under the emissions warranty by the dealer.  They saved me several hundred dollars of work that they could have done and charged me for, but I'll be going back.   

They checked my belts  which were noisy after the shop that originally changed them as a routine maintenance job couldn't fix it. Convenience charged me $47.86 to check it and then suggested that I needed to have my power steering pump replaced for $450.00. When I took it to another listed shop  after enduring more than a year of noisy belts they fixed the problem by tightening the alternator belt for $21.91.

When I called, Lou at the shop said they would let me bring in the car the same day. I told them my story and they took a look at the car right away. An hour later they called and told me the good news. It was just the heat shield. But the best part was that they didn't over charge me because I didn't know what I was talking about. They were honest, fair, and fast!

It was a very good experience. The results were all positive. It was a quick and efficient process.

Over the course of the last three years, I have had routine maintenance, which has always been done efficiently and well. I drop the car and pick it up either at the end of the same day or the next day. I've always found the price of service to be very reasonable. They put a new clutch in my Honda and did repair work on my Mercedes, each at much lower prices than the dealer. (They also saved a good friend major bucks on a timing belt for a Lexus). Lou understands the idea of fixing a car rather than just replacing parts to make a problem go away. They don't have a fancy waiting area, etc., but they provide excellent value for dollar.
