I phoned because my computer had lost all its power. I'd done the usual of unplugging as well as removing the battery pack. I was told to remove battery, unplug, wait 30 sec.,put back battery, then plug in. It worked! And it was free.

Computer had a its hard drive diew.  I installed the new HD, but could not get the OS to install.  Computer Alley installed a provided OS.  Computer works like a charm, plus they installed free A/V software which was a nice touch. Only issue is that it took two hours of labor when it should have been less time.  Not sure my partner was clear that the current HD did not need to be wied, just formatted.

The folks at CA are friendly and professional like. The work was performed cheaply and satisfactorily. Wait time for repair is annoying - it took them almost a week to return my laptop to me - but that is probably a testament to their popularity.

They always do great work. They have a 1 year warranty, they are very knowledgeable about what hardware systems to use. I've had several computers rebuilt internally and have had no problems. I will continue to use this company's services and know I can trust their work.
