Chem-Dry of NW Wayne County

This is the fifth time we have had Chem Dry clean our carpets. Every time the owner has been able to accommodate our schedule, the crew is on time, courteous, and explains what they will do. Our carpets are off-white, but the two fellows were able to get the spots and gray pathways cleaned, leaving them looking new. We use the stain protectant, an extra charge, but that allows us to clean up spills more easily in between the yearly cleanings. The crew offered to clean under the heavy china cabinet and buffet, but I felt that didn't need to be done, so they were left in place. The crew was thorough and efficient and let us know when the carpets will be dry. They cleaned  up after themselves. We are happy with the results and our experience.
