Barbara Zinser of Charles Reinhart Ann Arbor assisted me in the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. She was involved from my original decision to sell, assisted me in suggesting improvements to make the house more attractive for potential buyers, and represented my interests throughout the sale. She also assisted me in finding a house that met all of the requirements that I had described to her. She negotiated with the sellers and worked with me to ensure a good home inspection. Although I consider myself knowledgeable in the real estate market, her assistance was invaluable in both of these transactions. I would recommend her for anyone needing a real estate agent.

They did not get the job done but the experience was good. The house did not sell but they were very professional in their approach and they did what they thought was a good job. They did not charge us anything.
