- From initial contact to quote and from quote to job start was longer than expected, but lead guy was punctual for appointment once set up.
- We decided to go only with certain parts of the bid and communicated that to the company in writing, but when he came to mark up places, lead guy marked everything, so we ended up having to do the whole package.
- Half of work (tearing up one driveway panel and re-pouring it) was done with meticulous care and attention to detail, and clean up was complete -- very satisfied.
- Other work (cutting and re-pouring garage threshold and sealing cracks) was very sloppy, left some areas still exposed, and resulted in a mess that was not cleaned up. We came home to dust/dirt/pebbles still piled in the garage, and we now have permanent discoloration and footprints all over the top of the driveway, front of the garage, and in a path through the garage to the house.
- It was a sort of Jeckyll-and-Hyde job. We sent photos to the company with our payment but didn't ask for anything to be done, and did not hear anything back.
