Bob Behnke Company handled a small bathroom remodel/repair that most other companies wanted to pass on. I appreciated that Behnke allowed me to do the painting and trim to lower the cost of the project budget. Bob Behnke company completed the job within 2 weeks and addressed all concerns I had during the project. Jennifer is a great communicator and I enjoyed working with her. I think they are a higher end company, pricing wise but I would hire them again if my budget allowed. I do feel you get years of expertise and educated individuals for the price you pay. 

Beautiful and professional work, as always. Doug and Rich have done excellent work for us on many projects for 16 years, on two houses, including fulll remodels of bathrooms and a kitchen, new roofs, new windows including adding bay windows, new decks, and building complete room additions. Everything has been done with the utmost care and professionalism, with great attention to every detail, and we've always been extremely happy with the results.

Bob Behnke Co. did a great job repairing an issue I had on my house. The deck was not attached properly and they were able to remove all the rotted wood, repair it and prep it properly for a new deck. 
Doug Behnke squeezed me into their schedule amidst other bigger projects. When he was short a carpenter he did not cancel on me but came himself and helped one of his employees. 
I appreciated their dedication and hard work on a job that most contractors did not want to help me with. The window company I hired originally said they'd do the repair work and then backed out on me. Bob Behnke Co. came to my rescue and completed what needed to be done. 
I have hired them for a small bathroom remodel and will likely use them for more projects in the future.

MR. BENKE IS WELL KNOWN FOR SUPERIOR WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM.  EVERYONE IN MY OLD CONDO COMPLEX USED HIM FOR PROJECTS.  EVERYONE WAS PLEASED WITH HIS WORK - NO COMPLAINTS.  HE WAS NOT CHEAP, BUT THE RESULTS WERE WORTH THE MONEY.

The builder contracted services to get the majority of the job completed before the winter weather stopped all work for the season, this included tearing down the old garage and constructing the new one in late October through early December. The builder put us first on the schedule in the spring to finish tearing out the old driveway and pouring the new one. Very satisfied with the ability to mange the schedule around some difficult weather in both the fall and the spring.

I've had them out for other odd jobs now and then and everything they've done has been top notch.  Everything is very professional and done correctly and thoroughly.  They are very detailed in their bids and there have been NO unhappy surprises when the job is done.  I highly recommend the Bob Behnke Co.

They were very professional and very easy to work with. Some of the jobs were sub-contracted but he supervised all of the work. I was very satisfied with the whole procedure. I'd certainly used him again.

I had paid for a kitchen design service to come up with a plan, then hired Behnke Co. to implement the plan.  Jennifer Behnke asked if she could make some recommendations to change the plan, and I'm so glad she did.  The changes were a big improvement, and resulted in a kitchen I truly love.  I can't say enough about this company, since the entire project went very smoothly from start to finish.  Every person who worked on my kitchen was very professional, timely, efficient, and performed work of the highest quality.  Jennifer was extremely responsive and thorough in her communication and project management.  The schedule she set up initially was implemented without a hitch.  After a previous nightmare with another contractor on a different project, I went into this with great apprehension.  I've had a few minor problems after completion, and they have been addressed/corrected promptly.  Doug is so knowledgeable about every detail of construction, and Jim, their finish carpenter, is a true master craftsman.  The owners/staff of Behnke set their standards to the highest level.  I gave them an "A" on price, because I felt that the job they did was worth the money I paid. 

Doug Behnke was the main contact. He was prompt and very professional coming to look at and evaluate the job. He gave my mother some good options and made a few specific recommendations.
Once my mother made her choices the materials were ordered.
When the window arrived the Behnke crew was timely and professional getting the window installed. They also did a good job cleaning up and repainting the inside around the window as agreed.
My mother reported that the tradespeople in her home were very nice and neat. No problems at all.
Behnke was not the lowest priced option, but they were professional in their presentation and they ended up doing a great job. My mother was 100% satisfied.

Doug Behnke came out to bid the job and when I showed him everything I wanted it was far beyond my budget. Doug worked with me to scale the project down and still give me what I wanted most. We went through several designs before the start, but once the work began, everything went according to plan. All of the subcontractors did their part on time and without delay. There was constant progress. I was consulted on every detail to make sure I got what I wanted. I am very pleased.

I needed someone to come in and take over for a contractor that was in over his head on a remodeling job.  The job included remodeling two bathrooms and completely redoing the lower level of a tri-level.  There was a lot of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing involved.   Bob Behnke Co. took over the job and finished everything.  They did a great job, made improvements over original plans, and finished everything in a timely manner.  All of the contractors involved were great, very friendly, and always cleaned up after they were done.  I would recommend Bob Behnke Co. to anyone.
I also had recently had roof dammage due to tornado and wasn't happy with the insurance adjuster's evaluation.  Doug Behnke took a look at it and showed me where it was worse than I thought.  I sent his estimate into m insurance company and they increased my claim amount.

I liked the quality of their work. They are very skilled craft people. I would use them in the future.

We could not be happier with the way this project and all of the projects have turned out when using Bob Behnke Company.  On our most recent project ALL the guys working were just great, starting with the demolition crew, they were so neat every night when we came home everything was cleaned up it was wonderful. Doug was very attentive to all our needs from the very beginning.  He always kept us in the loop on what was going on either via phone or email.  I sent him many emails with questions and I always got an answer. He is meticulous with his work and so are his workers.  We were sent a time line for each project and they followed the time line and if there were any changes we knew about it right away.  The one delay we had was not his fault but the cabinet makers fault.  We wanted to stay in our house while this project was going on and Doug made it happen with sealing off the back half of our house with a door way so we could have our own little apartment while they worked on the house. We could not be happier with how it turned out!!!

It went very well. Overall, the general appearance looks good. It will depend on how well his work keeps the heat in during winter. It is not winter and everything turned out well and this winter proved that everything held.

Do not have time

It turned out quite well and we were very pleased. They did what they said they were going to do and cleaned up after themselves. They were flexible in making a few adjustments as we went along. They were professional, tidy, cheerful and courteous. They were not the cheapest one.

The project went slow but steady, and the installers were concerned about doing a beautiful job and making our house look great. The original builder did terrible job with the t1-11. It rotted, paint never lasted longer than a few month in some areas. I wish I had installed vinyl 15 years ago and not waste our money and time on the t1-11. Behnke listened to my concerns addressed everyone, he was the only company that made a proposal that addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend them.

They are wonderful. The price that they charged was very fair. They were very punctual and professional. I would definitely use their services again in a heartbeat.

I like that they use older guys to use the work, because they have a lot of experience with older homes. They are a lot more capable of improvising with the work when it is necessary and they are very sensitive to the architectural details of the home. They are a little more expensive than other companies, however they do things right and it is hard to find companies who do that now.

THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MOST, BUT THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE HARDWORKING INDIVIDUALS WHOM WE HAD THE PLEASURE OF HAVING IN OUR HOME.
