We could not be happier with the service we are receiving!

They always keep everything, including window treatments, baseboards and knick knacks clean. Recently they did a Spring cleaning for $150. They did so much. I am still being delightfully surprised with cleaned out drawers and cupboards.

Aromatherapy never cancelled and cleaned the house very well. All of the workers were diligent, efficient and kind. I would highly recommend their service.

They were prompt, called to make sure of appointment and also sent a message. Every interaction was professional, treated as a customer should. Paula goes above and beyond. The cleaning we walked in and honestly we were so happy as we have used cleaning companies for a long time and no one has ever done a cleaning like this. Everything on my list was done. No smell of strong chemicals, and the house stayed clean to, it has looked great for over 2 weeks now and this has never happened before with anyone we have ever used. Yes I am using again!

Paola and crew arrived 45 mins late but called to inform that. The rooms smelled great when they left. Paola did a nice job with what she had. I gave a 'B' overall because I am used to seeing more accomplished in that timeframe (for similar price) by other providers that I have used in the past. Housecleaning is a subjective issue and will use them in the future should the need arise.

Great - it was a lot of work to ask of in the 2 hour span the two employees were cleaning, and they did as much as they could. The house smelled wonderful, the work was done efficiently and they never took a break and were working hard the entire time. Some dust was left on some surfaces, some areas weren't touched as much as others, but overall - for the work we asked for - we got more than what we expected.

A great team of three showed up and got right to work. I love that they do not use any toxic chemicals.

Three people and the owner arrived on time and did not appear overwhelmed by the work to be done. They started right to work and even did a few extra jobs of moving items around for me. All four were very upbeat and took pride in their work. Although they worked constantly the project was much bigger than they had anticipated. They even suggested coming back on their own for an hour the next day to clear up a couple of things they had not completed. I was very pleased with the commitment and results of the work. The house had a nice clean smell and was thoroughly cleaned. I would highly recommend this company.

My mother is 82 years old and can be quite picky, but she was extremely happy with their service, and plans to use them again.

Paola and her crew provide home cleaning every other week. She and her team do agreat job. They are very thorough, use all natural cleaning agents, and very punctual. They have been providing this service for a while now and we have no complains. We know the crew well as they tend to be the same people who come to our house which is what we prefer.

The cleaning was very thorough. 3 ladies did a detailed cleaning over 2 days, including the windows. I was a little surprised by the price, but have no complaints about the service.

Paola and her crew are very thorough. Every visit they wipe down the walls, clean the bathrooms (top to bottom), wipe down the cachkies, move stuff to dust, move furniture to vacuum. The team is here for at least 2 hours working non-stop. They are amazing. I have dogs in the house so I'm constantly picking up stuff - their help is soo appreciated! In all the time that they have helped me; I haven't had a complaint about the service they provide. Paola surveys the job after its complete to ensure a quality cleaning has taken place. If something is missed; she takes care of it on the spot. Its so nice to have such an awakened being, she not only cleans the physical aspect of my home; but the emotional and spiritual aspects as well. It's truly a magical experience to have her help. The condo was cleaned as per my request after I moved out. They forgot the freezer part of the refrigerator but the rest of the refrigerator was clean. They did what I asked them to do. This was my first experience with Angie's List and I would recommend this company. However, through this experience and a couple of others, I have learned to be very specific about my expectations and what the company provides.

The owner sent out her daughter and another cleaner every week. I have two labs (shed every day) and one cat. They took care of my animals as if they were their own by letting the dogs outside and in. They were very thoughtful and easy to work with. The cleaning was spectacular. Went the extra mile if I wanted something special cleaned. The owner makes sure you are completely happy with the service and makes herself available any time of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Usually I don't hire a company because you don't know who is coming over week to week, but Paola Hopp will honor your request for anyone working on her staff. My house has never been so clean. Everything went very well. I've asked for specific things to be paid more attention to in the past, and Paola's flexibility has been appreciated! We're moving soon and I asked her at the last minute to come by for a 'freshening up' to make sure everything looked tip top for buyers, and she was able to accommodate me. We're very happy with Aromatherapy!

It went great! They were extremely professional and my husband and I would definitely use them again. The house looks great and smells wonderful!

These people are the nicest you ever want to meet. Very accommodating. The young man who cleaned for us came on short notice, and got me started. I was then motivated to clean-clean-clean right up until my company arrived. The aroma isn't my favorite, although I'm sure many people love it. It smells clean. We have allergies, and asthma.

The owner Paola aka Paula responded promptly to my telephone call. She arrived for our first meeting as scheduled and spent considerable time in the walk thru to ensure a good mutual understanding of expectations. We interviewed other cleaning companies during the same week and Paula was by far the most impressive. We set the date for the first deep cleaning which everyone understood would be more expensive than future biweekly cleanings. Paula and Shelly arrived as scheduled and performed the best job of home cleaning that we have ever had. They both worked continuously for almost 6 hours. Every nook and cranny was cleaned, shined and sparkled. Only natural products, no chemicals, were used, and lots and lots of old fashion elbow grease on their hands and knees. The result was nothing short of spectacular. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased!! It's been more than 2 days now. The house still smells great from natural scents. It's a wonderful feeling coming home to a house this clean.

When I called to ask for an estimate, I was under a very tight deadline. She met me at the condo for a walk-through/estimate a couple days later and set up the cleaning appointment the following week, so I was appreciative that she could fit me in so quickly. The person cleaned for about 5 1/2 hours and did an excellent job on the floors, baseboards, and bathrooms. But I was disappointed by the kitchen and complained that the refrigerator, sink, outside of all the appliances, and the bathroom faucets had not been cleaned sufficiently. So we had to arrange for the cleaner to come back another day to redo those areas. Her cleaning the second time was a big improvement. I appreciated the satisfaction guarantee, but it was a hassle to arrange to let the cleaner in again and lock up since we didn't live there. It would have been better had it been done properly the first time. In regards to the scent of the cleaning supplies, I didn't like them. Maybe I'm just accustomed to traditional, store-bought cleaners, but I thought the smell of the condo afterward was very strong and not appealing. As an aside, I found the demeanor of the person I dealt with to be rather brusque in my dealings with her. Although she sent the cleaning person back to finish the job, there was no apology that it wasn't done properly to begin with. I didn't feel like they wanted my business.

Paola and her crew come to my house once a month and I am always happy with the job they do.

What a great experience I've had with Aromatherapy !! I spoke to the owner, Paola, in early November looking to replace my current cleaning company. Because of the holidays and family gatherings I needed someone to come out as soon as possible. Paola was very responsive and contacted me right away with a plan to meet my needs. I was outside the geographical area that she services but that didn't keep her from assisting. We scheduled our first cleaning and it was perfect. Her employee was on time and did an excellent job. My house looked fantastic and ready for our holiday celebration. Aromatherapy comes out every week now. I appreciate that they use only natural products that leave my house looking and smelling great !! Aromatherapy does a great job at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
