Argon did our driveway and it looked like they had done a nice job. Four years later cracks developed in three of the panels. Argon didn't return my calls. I had to find another contractor to check on the problem. He showed me evidence that "cheap concrete" was used. So I wouldn't count on their product and even less so on follow-up

Called and scheduled time for concrete to be delivered (Wed. at noon). Called wed at 11:00 a.m., paid the bill, and was told truck will likely be there around 12:15 p.m. I had hired workers who were there waiting. Called at 12:35 p.m. to find out status of truck, was told didn't have a truck available, but would call me right back. Called at 1:00 p.m., was told still didn't have a truck and didn't know when he would be able to bring me the concrete, but it might be that day. Had to cancel the order. No apology other than, "O.K., have a nice day!".

The workers were there on time everyday and worked very hard. They all introduced themselves, and were very nice to have around for a week! They started the work before I was home froma trip but waited to pour until I was there toapprove everything. They answered all of my questions. My granddaughter was visiting adnthey even made a space for her to put her hand in! It was very hot that week, They brough extra hands for the pouring. It looks really nice.

The epoxy was hideous. I had shown a picture of what I liked and was told fine, and that there would be variations in color, which was OK because I knew a concrete basement surface might be a little darker in some places than others.. However it ended up instead with deliberately applied spots, like a leopard, and moreover the base color was more orange than the light brown I wanted. It was so ugly I paid someone else to cover it over with the application of a solid color of epoxy. Even after that, there developed bubbles in the epoxy and I was told that if the surface is not properly prepared and cleaned that the epoxy will not adhere; the problem was with the first (spotted) application, not the 2nd coverup application. The issue was with binding to the floor surface.

I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THEM AT ALL. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY WORKED. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS AT ALL.
