The service was good. $761 in parts $60 in labor the part is actually that much and they didn't charge me a lot in labor. Good service.

The quoted price was 1/2 of what the dealer was going to charge. To be fair the dealer hinted we could do better going elsewhere. Found Ann Arbor Muffler on Angie's List and am very happy with the service.

Excellent, They explained what was wrong, took me back to show me. They quoted me a price of $50. I walked across the street to grab a bite to eat, Before I was done eating they called me and it was done $10 under the estimate.

They were fine although every time we went to them, they seemed to find a new problem to have fixed to the car. We don't know if it's the body shop or the mechanic, so we have transitioned to somebody instead. Their personnel were very nice. They definitely tried to work around our schedule. They just continued to find new things in the car.

It's a small shop which has had the same guys working there for quite some time. They are always a pleasure to deal with and I do plan on going there again.

It was refreshing to be sold only what was needed. I was given two quotes based on whether they could salvage some of the parts. It came in at the lower price and was completed before I could finish my bagel and cream cheese. I have gone to them since for recommendations for other auto related issues that they don't handle. I consider them very trustworthy.

Everything was fantastic except they left our car sitting, unlocked, in a parking lot across the street, for us to pick up. We would have been happier if they kept the car locked. They were holding the key for us anyway.

I needed a muffler, and possibly more, I thought. I also needed my shocks replaced, even though I had them replaced at Midas next door a few years ago, with a lifetime warranty. This shop gave me an estimate, and at the end actual cost was lower than the estimate! They saved me money by not replacing parts that were thought to be bad (but were good). Also, they honored the lifetime warranty on my shocks, even though I bought them from Midas. They only charged me a nominal fee to replace the shocks, and they also allowed me to upgrade the shocks for a small upcharge. These guys were nice, and they did a great job. My old truck rides like new. I will have my Honda fixed there as well.

The people were very quick at fixing the problem. They were able to get me in right away. They made sure the job was done correctly. They answered any questions I had.
