Their pricing was higher then Affordable. I was a little concerned about the fact that, it seemed like they were very eager to push services and medication, not like strong medications, but like ear medications.We had to go back 4 times for an ear infection. That charged  us maybe like three times but a visit everytime. I don't know and the dog can't tell me if she still has an ear infection. I just felt that maybe they were taking advantage of it. I couldn't believe that this ear infection could be so bad if the dog was relatively fine. We probably went three times after the initial January visit cause they kept having us come back and everytime you had to go you the buy the $50, $30 bottle of ear drops. I think she had the infection the first time but I'm not confident that it continued as long as they said it did but we didn't want to take a chance becasue we didn't really know and they are the professionals and we're not. It just seemed odd that all of sudden we had to go back three times. Every week they had us come back. You know what happendd, they had us ocme back two more times after the initial time, they wanted us to come back another, we just said she's fine. I think that they were qualified and professional. I guess I would just be on the alert that were not coming back for something repeating.Maybe that wasn;t the case but that was my perception.

Affordable Vet is good for a vet. I`ve been using them for 10 - 12 years. It was pretty expensive. He is a good vet. He has a good office. He is pleasant. It was a good experience.

She's 11 years old and we've been going to them since we had her. They come to our house. Whenever our pet is ill, they come and I can sit on my bed and hold my puppy, and then they put her down. We adore her. She is the most beautiful dog in the world. We just had her groomed and she is sleeping in my bed. She is a Brittany, she is red and white, and she is adorable. Our veterinarian is wonderful. She is a middle-aged lady and she told me 2 weeks ago that Lucy had saddlebags. I love my dog and I respect my veterinarian. She is affordable so every time we take her, it's more than $100. They are great because they come to my house. Their response is immediate. When I call and tell her she's sick, and I'm older so if we can't get there, they will come here in about half an hour. The senior doctor that we saw the last time was absolutely wonderful. She loved Lucy and really, really went over her, and looked at her like she was her own baby. I have nothing to say but good things.

Dr Bill MacArthur is the most professional, compassionate vet we have ever had of all the many places we have lived. He is the only vet that takes the time to write before us on the drawing board to explain complex symptoms and discuss our treatment options without feeling rushed.
We will always remember how Bill first greeted our dogs as he sat with them to introduce himself. Many vets tend to be rushed, Bill is so personable and had always taken the time to put them at ease, even more, they are affordable as the name implies, never overselling.
Thanks again for a wonderful team, you will feel at home in their care.

We have used them for several years. They are excellent. They are great in care and affordability. They are also prompt and professional. They have a brand new office.

After trying an elimination diet with minimal success, Dr Bill found us a treatment that is reasonably priced and effective, and our cats issues have disappeared completely. They were thorough, friendly, and helpful. We left feeling informed. We felt that their prices were more than fair.
We have been going to this veterinarian for years. He has seen us through hypothryoidism, diabetes, allergies, new kittens, and pretty much every possible kitty ailment under the sun. When we had to make the choice to put our cat to sleep, they got us in right away, didn't charge us, and sent us a really nice card afterward. We've developed a relationship with AVS, and they're wonderful caring people who are not there to guilt you or make money. They are realistic. Its really refreshing. I cannot recommend this vet enough. If you're sick of being pressured and guilted into unnecessary medical treatments, please give AVS a try. We cannot say enough good things about them.

We've gone their for a couple of times and they are very reasonable in price and they don't try to get you to do things that are really unnecessary like some other places do, tests that are really unnecessary for animals unless you want to have it done. They are very professional. Front desk people are very professional.

He's compassionate. He's informed. He's not someone who will run every test he can think of; he'll only run the ones that are truly necessary. He does in-house lab-work, which helps keep his prices so reasonable. He'll be hard to live up to, as we have moved to a new area and are finding a new vet. He's the best guy in the world for your pets! His team is also a great group of people, that all offer the same level of service.

Have been going here for years and Dr MacArthur is the best vet I have ever used in 50 years!
