It went really well. He did what he said he would efficently and when one process didn't produce satisfactorily he recommended the next step, and solved the problem. The truck now runs great. I am very pleased with the service on all levels.

My 2001 Honda Odyssey's alternator went out on my home last year. I was so lucky though because I was able to pull into the gas station right across the street from Right and Tight . I was able to walk across the street and the guys were very helpful and got my van into their garage. They worked on it that day and I was able to pick it up that evening. Very happy with how fast they were able to help.

I spoke with them to explain the problem I was having and made an appointment for the following day. They completed the work promptly and within the anticipated time frame. The price was fair and they took time to explain what they did and why. They also explained what I could expect to see in the near future, based on the condition of the car and the fault codes displayed in the computer.
