Steve was very professional. Buyer was a neighbor. He handled buyer's inspections & the paperwork. Sale was complicated but went smoothly.

Very unprofessional! I called his number from a for sale that was posted to my property. I, of course, was very irrate since I just saw the sign. The other owner of the property signed an agreement with this realtor without my consent. When I asked Mr Shaw if he could legally do this, he so much as told me that he could. Needless to say, we will be contacting authorities to see if this info is correct. Since I was very vocal with him, and would not let him have his brilliant two cents, he disconnected the call. I would never do business with this soul or his company!!!!!!!!
