The installer did a great job! Prompt and professional. BUT!
When I paid for the flooring I used my bank card to pay. The total was
around $4000 with my final purchase was $1800.00. After reviewing my
account I discovered a completly different and seperate withdrawl for the
amount of approx. $89. When I called I was told that I had to buy a
seperate flooring board, and they just took (STOLE) the money out of my
account! I would highly steer clear of these crooks! What an awful way to
treat customers. Salesman SCOTT needs a new job!!
