Read above, It seems that Tim and his crew are stressed and over worked
this time of the year they ignor their customers needs and cut short the
attention they should be given. Customer service is questionable where
they could repair an item they just want to replace.This report is a obsever-vation
of how two neighbors were treated.Not the way I expect to be treated I rate them poor.
