Bat Colony & Varmint Removal

The company was able to do same day service - within a couple hours of my calling them. I asked questions about the damage up in the attic, but didn't get full responses. I am assuming that I need to replace some insulation, and the cover to the vent outside. The company told me they "duct taped up the vent area" - so not real sure what that means - will I have issues with my bathrooms? But for now if the birds are gone, I'm happy. And if they stay away, I'll be even happier.

I like the fact that the owner was the person who did the work and involved in assessing the problem. He is nice and easy to talk too. He explains things well and communication was good. He is not a pushy sales person.

He was a really nice guy. He was very personable and was really good about keeping in touch with me. He was good about communicating and told me upfront how much it was going to cost if I went with him and stuck to that. He was expensive, but I had called another place too. He was a little less expensive than them. He didn't have an attitude like the other place did. I knew I was dealing with the owner of the business rather than a bigger company where I didn't know who I was talking to on the phone. I felt more comfortable dealing with him aside from the price. He was pricey, but I felt that because of the trust level that it was worth the price with him. He wasn't adding on any extra fees like the other company. The other company was like there is a fee for this and there is a fee per squirrel, and that they can't tell me the final cost and it depends on how many squirrels they catch. With him, he said he would charge me so much for the whole job and that's exactly how much he charged. I knew that it was going to cost a lot no matter who I went with.
