Very nice professional group of people but did not help my dog. She still suffers from same issues.  Just to say that this is the third vet who has not been able to figure out what is wrong with my dog.

Our 16 year old cat (a regular client of this office) sustained an unwitnessed injury in our home. She suddenly could not use her back legs. She did not seem to us to be in pain. We kept her at home over the weekend, providing food, water, toileting and comfort. When she did not improve, we made an appointment with Allendale Animal Hospital. They were all booked up but got us in in a cancellation appointment slot. The Veterinarian determined that the injury was serious and would probably not improve. Also, the Vet did seem to think our cat was in pain. She offered options of some tests and comfort treatments. She went over the effects of each treatment and said she would support any decision we made. She did not try to push toward any decision based on cost, lifespan, time, etc.Once we decided to have the cat euthanized, the injectable sedative did not work (even at a stronger dosage) so the cat had to taken to an inhalable setting. We were not able to be with the cat at the end for that. I'm glad This office has other options available to sedate the animals before euthanasia.

I have been taking all of my cats and dogs to Allendale Animal Hospital for 13 years. All of the veterinarians and technicians are knowledgeable and gentle. They always work to get my pack in on the same day for my convenience. I can drop off the stool sample at other times during the week when I've gotten a fresh sample. I've also been allowed to go in to use their scale free to monitor my growing puppy or the weight of my puppy who had been losing weight when he had worms. One of the employees is a German Shepherd breeder so knows MUCH about that breed. I feel fortunate to have this resource in my community. It is apparent that they love their work and animals.

I have been to them several times now for my two little Bengal kittens. They are always attentive, take their time to answer all questions I have, and let me know if there is a possibility at anything being wrong. They truly care about my cats health! I trust them completely with my cats lives :)

I've seen them about 5 times this year. I have so many dogs that they let me get heartworm on a monthly basis because it is too expensive. I breed German Shepherds. It is about $15 a month for the heartworm. They are very responsive, punctual and professional.
