Jennifer (Owner) and Patricia (sitter) came out together and they did a full consultation. Before we did anything I had spoken to Jennifer on the phone. She is pretty much perfect. Not like a robot, she has a great personality, is calm and confident. She had thought of everything in terms of your pets health, welfare and best interest. For your house and pet owner too. Your mind is so at ease knowing nothing is left out.

There is a profile filled out by the owner and it is thorough.  That is kept by her in her client file. Items can be updated on line.

I had Patricia do a small walk with Romeo and my husband, so she could get the feel of him (he is 80 lbs). 

He was taken for a few walks a day so he was worn out, which is what I wanted so he wouldn't miss us. He was in good hands with Patricia, she is a dog lover.

  He was ticked off with us when we came home cause he expected 2 walks a day and we wait til the weather gets better.

Jennifer assigned the job to Rose who has taken care of the dog (Murphy) in the past. She agreed to come in early and make her last visit of the day later than normal serivce times. He was very well card for and she even cleaned up the mess when he chewed into a feather pillow. These are very caring and responsible people.

I could not be more pleased with the service. I have used them for about 3 months now and they have never missed a day.
They have been very flexible with my hours and are able to adjust the changes in my schedule on short notice. They take excellent care of Josie, 140 lb Great Pyrenees. You can tell they truly love animals and I know Josie is in good hands when I am away. I would certainly recommend them to anyone with a pet that needs to have a pet service.

Extremely happy with their service, I have several animals and compared to boarding this service is reasonably priced. They came to the house a few days before they were needed and took extensive notes of where the food and cleaning supplies were located (in case of accidents). They left a journal on the counter of their visits and what was performed (refreshed water, cleaned cat litter box, etc). Have already booked them again.

What a wonderful service. My dog became diabetic in November and I needed daily care as well as extended care during travel. Jennifer has been wonderful.I have peace of mind knowing that my dog is getting great care including medical attention when needed. She is very adaptable to a varying schedule and made it through all of our winter weather on time. Even the neighbors have commented on her obvious attention to my dog when they are doing their daily walks in the yard. I deeply appreciate all she has done and my dog loves her!

I use Woof and Purr every time we unable to get home in time to take care of the dogs and cats. Woof and Purr feeds all the animals, gives medicine as needed, cleans litter boxes, takes in the mail, turns on lights and walks the dogs. When I'm on vacation, I have them come three times per day. The cost for three visits is comparable to taking one animal to a kennel.
I have been able to add animals to the visit with no problem, as the number of fur babies I have has grown. When one of my cats passed away, Woof and Purr left flowers.
Woof and Purr has been able to accommodate my needs on short notice. They always leave notes detailing their visits.
They keep a copy of our house key, so that they can visit when requested.

What can I say? Jennifer and Woof 'n Purr have eased my stress level tremendously. The first time we used Woof 'n Purr we were going out-of-town on a three day weekend and didn't want to board our dog, Luke. Jennifer and Rose came over and discussed everything in detail with us -- their expectations and ours. Rose would be our dog's primary caretaker. She was wonderful. My neighbors said they saw her walking and playing with Luke and she treated our home and our dog like they were her own. This past week, I went out-of-town alone to visit my parents and we had Rose come by every day as my husband works late several evenings a week. Again, Rose was great. We are so happy with Jennifer and Rose and Woof 'n Purr. We trust them with our home and with our precious little guy.

Wonderful Pet Sitters. Punctual, friendly, easy to reach and very attentive to my pets. I would highly recommend them.
