The work was great and seamless and SO FAST! They have great yard-friendly equipment and it was done so quickly! They cut the branches and ground down the stump and cleaned up completely! I'm very happy to know Lon and his Team because I have planted waaaaay to many things in my yard; all growing and spreading and I will soon need the services of Handy Feller again.

He came the day he said he would. They did everything they said they would. I asked them to leave the wood which they did. They took all the other small stuff. I kept the other stuff for firewood. They were done in a few hours. I thought their price was very reasonable. I had asked someone else for the same services and it was closer to $1000.

This is the second time I have used this company. The estimate was done the day after I called in Aug. Was told they have a very busy schedule and it couldn't be done until the second week of Oct. They showed up right on schedule and proceeded to quickly and efficiently handle all the work very carefully . Cleaned up very well afterwards too. Very professional helpful, and friendly. The cost was comparable to other companies but I KNEW my job would be handled the way I wanted with Lon and his company. It's nice to know there is an honest family tree service near me that will give me a hand.

This service provider is GREAT. He came out the day after my initial contact (August) and gave us an estimate of $350, but told us he was exceedingly busy and would not be able to get to us until mid-September. He called me the first week in September, but my finances were such that I couldn't have him come until after September 12. I explained my circumstances and he was very understanding and worked with me. He then called on the DAY I told him I'd be able to pay him, told me he would come the next day and gave me a time. He showed up on time, did the work efficiently and professionally, cleaned up all debris and was kind to my father who wanted to "supervise" as well!
AND - - he did the job for $30 less than the original quote. THIS is a serviceman you want to definitely use!!!! Great service, great guy. I'd recommend him to EVERYONE.

The tree service I received from HANDY FELLER was perfect in every way! The service was prompt and extremely professional. The price was fair as compared to other estimates I received. Great care was taken not to damage anything in my yard and the clean up was excellent. I would certainly use this service again and I HIGHLY recommend it to others in need of any tree service!

Mr. Lon & his assistant took their time but were very professional in removing the tree from the back yard. There are large hosta plants alongside the house and they had to walk along side them to carry the tree limbs out. Only two (2) leaves were damaged. Once the tree limbs were ready for the shredder, they made quick work of shredding them. They also cleaned up to the point we couldn't tell they had been here.
Mr. Lon gave a lower price than did another company we had called out last Fall. This person never showed up. We are thankful now that he didn't, because otherwise we would have never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lon & his assistant.

They were excellent. They answered my call right away which some other companies did not do and then they came out when they said that they would. They did exactly what they said that they would and they did an excellent job. I did not compare their pricing to other companies so I really do not know how to grade that. I just liked them when they came out and I thought that their price was reasonable so I went with them. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The work was completed quickly, clean-up was thorough. He seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. We thought he was professional in his manner except for one issue. There was minor damage done to our vinyl fence from a falling branch. He treated it as no big deal.

Handy Feller did a great job cutting down a large part of our dead maple tree. I had been struck by lightening and had to be removed. They were prompt, safe and cleaned up after the job. We will use them again in the future.
