GENIE MAIDS CLEANING SERVICE

The girls took pictures in my house of their work or things I asked them to do . Which were not the truth. They would talk to their boss Pat on the phone and she said that would hurt their back and they did not have to do this. I had asked them to take my laundry basket upstairs something I could not do since I had back surgery October of 2012. They would give very poor attitudes if you asked them to redo something or to do something else that day instead of usual duties. For having two to three girls cleaning the quality was very poor. Kitchen floor corners were never cleaned food crumbs or whatever was still present after they left.I spent a lot of time trying to work with Pat the owner but felt I would have more issues with the girls very un professional .

2 workers were courteous and did a fair job cleaning, although they were slow. What should have taken no more then 1 and 1/2 hours with 2 people cleaning, took 2 and 1/2 hours, which resulted in a higher charge then originally discussed. My house has small rooms and should not have taken this long to clean. I could not afford to have them come back again.
