It was better than I expected ? There is always a fear when such a large amount of money is to be spent when it comes to home improvements. David was an absolute doll. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail on what needed to be done. He was very fair about the cost as well. We set a day and time, and he even called back, to make sure that I was still okay with scheduling, Edie’s he and the crew came out. They arrived right on time. They were quick, but efficient. The job was completed in a timely matter and turned out absolutely beautiful. They made sure that the work area was pretty much as organized as it could be. When the job was complete, there wasn’t even one nail, or garbage left around the home. David had me come out and check everything out and explained everything that was done. He made sure I was happy before they left and let me know that if, by chance anything was a concern in the future, that he would be right back out to address my issues. The whole process was an absolute perfect experience. I do not nor do I believe I will have any problems. Appreciate him, and his crew for their professional and perfect work. Crown construction was used for multiple projects including chimney repairs, and some carpentry work. They did an amazing job. The staff was extremely professional, respectful, and kind. They were prompt with their arrival time. The owners David and Roger communicated effectively and kept us in the loop with the progress on jobs. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation. With this company on the job you will have a job well done.

Team efficient, timely, friendly AND clean up was also perfect. I would hire this team again and share their name with my family / friends. Insurance requirements had supv come back a couple times and still friendly and responsive. A+
